So far So good :)
Got it yesterday set it up last night setup was pretty easy. I was a little wary of a couple of things, the details on amazon weren't really clear on whether there was Samsung tv plus and also if the T.V. was YouTube TV app capable. The answer to both questions is yes, they are both available when I looked through the apps during initial setup I couldn't find Youtube T.V. app, but after I was done with the setup and was surfing through the Samsung tv plus channel lineup I decided to check in all apps went to search type in "YOUTUBE TV" and bam, there it was downloaded it (which was pretty quick all things considered like internet speeds slowing done due to the "epidemic"). I was able to get Alexa all setup except tried to use the drop-in feature from my cell phone at work today to talk to my wife at home but wouldn't work. Not sure what's wrong but I Have spent the last 3 years buying 1 tv per room in my home In my son's room I have a 40 in. Samsung 4k 2018 model, In the living room a 2019 model Samsung 55in. I think its NU7200 model number, and now this year this tv for my wife and I's room. I will post some pics later I love the new remote its a lot slimmer than the previous kind and seems to load up apps when you turn it on pretty quick and was nice I setup my commute to work and was able to just ask Alexa on the remote how long might drive would be and best way to get there and it got me to work in half the time it usually takes me!! I will keep this updated with anything good or BAD in the future.

Nice TV... but a little tricky to get running (and mounted) as I wanted it!
I thought I was going to like this TV, because it was from Samsung (as was the TV it was replacing) and it had wall-mount configuration that fit with the mount I already had (and which I wanted to keep). Well, first of all, the configuration was right (200x200 mm), but the screw holes (for mounting) were incompatible with my existing mount. (That really bothered me.) So I put the TV on another surface while I checked out the connections, picture, and remote operation. This, too, turned out to be trickier than I had imagined, because the startup process was just not clear. Instructions for the "smart" remote (which means there aren't a lot of buttons) were not clear enough, and it took a lot of trial-and-error to get the TV to do what I wanted. Moreover, the process asked me to choose between using an Alexa command-recognition process or its "Bixby" equivalent. I had an Amazon Echo device in the same room; so the Alexa option proved problematic. (The Amazon device seems to prevail, and I haven't gotten around to switching to Bixby yet. To be honest, I'm not even sure how to do it.) The TV's picture is good enough (actually quite good), and the size (43-inch) is perfect for the room. The "smart" app options seem to work fine, but you have to get used to the interface, which (of course!) differs from all other devices I have. Arrggh! The remote is small and slim and has only a few buttons, with some cryptic symbols. Again, it takes time to figure them out. I even had difficulty switching channels until I figured out how the channel button works. (It can be depressed to call up the channel guide as well as toggled up and down to switch channels.)OK, it sounds like I'm picky, and I guess I am. But a better tutorial for the remote would've gone far to alleviate my frustration in figuring it out. And I'm still trying to figure out how to hang the TV on the wall mount I already have. Options for both M6 and M8 mounting screws would've been VERY nice to have. (The TV requires M8 and my wall mount only accommodates M6, which are too small for the TV's holes. The mount can't handle M8 screws.). If you're mounting the TV on a wall, all will be fine if you're buying a new wall mount. But attaching it to an existing mount might be more of a problem than you were expecting. Good luck!

Works as it should
Now that I think of it it did develop a screen issue where it looks like it need to be cleaned during g light scenes. After about 4 years.

Literally a crystal clear picture
I purchased this to replace a smaller, 10 year old Samsung. As you can imagine, I was astonished at what I'd been missing. I did go from a 28" to 43 which was a trip in itself, but the color and clarity of the picture is unreal. I've never been disappointed in the Samsung tv's I've had and this is no exception. I kept putting off an upgrade because my older one was just fine, but I'm beyond happy that I finally did. I had no clue how much better the new ones are.

Every day I like it more!
I haven’t bought a “good” TV in about 20 years. My last two were inexpensive Insignia Roku TVs under 32”. And when I bought my first one, my Mom and I spent a few weeks marveling at the picture quality (a measly 720 dpi!). I’ve been experiencing some deja vu the last week or so every time I watch something that is UHD.On the whole I think the TV is great! Larger than I expected, but that’s largely because I didn’t go out TV shopping at stores in person beforehand—I relied on Amazon’s recommendations and research. I really like the Tizen Smart TV interface and am looking forward to not having to deal with delays in new streaming apps because of Roku’s business dealings. It was pretty easy to set things up as I like and their store had all of the apps that I use regularly. The remote has actually been a delight to me. I would not have expected something so small and … condensed (as in it has so few buttons in comparison to my other remotes) to be so useful. I only use the bulky universal remote that I got from Spectrum when I need to use the cable box. Switching over to the Spectrum app removes that need entirely—which I love. The only thing that I haven’t really tried is the voice control feature.I’m really pleased with this purchase. The TV is great. The picture quality is amazing. The sound quality is better than I expected. The interface is nice. I’m super pleased!
