Considering the price of just under $120 including shipping, the quality of this desk is pretty impressive. Assembly was fine, just the typical nuisance but no big deal. The parts fit together fine. The metal frame has a sturdy feel and there is no sway from side to . The wood top is a solid thickness (1 inch or a bit more) and has an attractive finish.The only semi-negatives would be 1) the wood top is hollow. But once again, for the money I can't expect solid butcher block. 2) the wood piece under the desk that forms a shelf is kind of in the way depending on your style of sitting, or if you want to put a computer all the way under the desk.But that shelf piece can be removed while still leaving the back portion of that 2-piece bracing. So I suspect the desk won't lose much stability.All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one of these if I needed an attractive and sturdy desk at an impressive price.

This desk was exactly what I wanted! It’s seems durable, it was extremely easy to put together and I did it by myself. It’s large enough for two children to sit and do homework or a monitor and a printer. I think this desk will grow with our children. I love the wood and metal design. This brand is really winning in my house right now!!

The desk arrived damaged in the box. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a new desk it was here in just a few days.. It was very easy to put together took 45 minutes. It looks excellent and quality is there, it’s not wobbly the grain looks almost real. I didn’t expect it to be so nice. It’s pretty large I got the larger size one and it fit perfectly under a double window. If you’re looking for an inexpensive sturdy nice looking desk with great customer service I recommend this one.

When I first saw this product I was sold on how it looked so sturdy especially for the price; however, it’s true what they say: you get what you pay for. I’m completely dissatisfied with this purchase. I could not even finish assembling the desk because as provided through the pictures I was left with a useless board halfway through completing the steps. I also feel it is important to mention that no matter how straight I aligned the screw, the end result was crooked due to the outlets. I’m now back at square one and have to look for another reliable desk, do not recommend.** Update **The seller was quick to respond and I received a replacement within a week. This one was a lot better and very easy to put together.

Finally broke down and purchased a desk for home after 8 months of working from home. Wanted something inexpensive and low profile, as I have no idea when I'll be headed back to the office and didn't want an extra desk at home I didn't need or want. I bought the matching bookshelf. Was simple enough to put together, my daughter and I. All parts were included, holes drilled and matched up. Looks very nice, very happy with my purchase.

I am incredibly impressed with this inexpensive desk! It was super easy to assemble too! All the pre drilled holes aligned well but we did have to loosen all the screws slightly when putting the top on and then tighten everything up at the end. The desk looks a lot more expensive than it is and I am so excited to finally have a nice desk, I would highly recommend this desk!!

We got this to set up a laptop in our Den. Love to wood top and the extra shelf under the top. We were afraid it would be in the way of our legs but its not. Was very simple to put together. I would however recomend using a allen wrench bit in a cordless drill on slow speed. The wrenches that come with it are small and works on the hands after the first couple screws.

My 13 year old Son put this together, it did take him a solid couple hours, but it looks great and is good quality.
