1. It gets into frame (vignettes) on my wide angle lenses.2. Changing lenses with the unit in place is VERY difficult, in fact I wouldn't recommend doing that without being at a table or having a third hand nearby.3. The screw that holds unit to camera does not stay in unit when not on camera. Could be dropped and lost easily.4. Rotation is not at all smooth and catches, very cumbersome, there is nothing quick about using it.5. The little collar that you need to loosen/tighten to allow or lock the position of flash on rotation is awkward at best, unfortunately made of smooth slippery type finish, some type of knurling on this would go a long way, or a lever rather than this friction screw method.
