HVP109 Medium Grey: Very nice close match for Lighter Grey Ford Interiors
I purchased HVP109 Medium Grey to paint a black plastic AutoMeter gauge pod for my 2003 Ford F-150 Lightning. The paint matched the OEM "Pill Grey" really well—especially on the A-pillars. While it wasn’t a perfect match for the dash, which is a darker shade of grey, it was a very close alternative for all the lighter grey interior parts of the truck and much better than other brands I’ve tried. Before painting, I used an adhesive promoter on the plastic and applied two coats of paint. I let it dry in direct sunlight. To be honest, the paint went on a bit splotchy at first, and I didn’t think the final result would look good—but in the end, it turned out great.

Worked well on faded cloth seats
Applied one can to faded cloth car seats that I was planning on replacing with leather. I just sprayed it on without much care since the goal was to replace them soon, but ended up looking better than I expected. The seats now actually look good enough and I will keep them longer. The paint does make the fabric stiffer but not too bad. The spray pattern is pretty good but have to keep the can upright for it to work well. I tried to avoid overspray but it was fairly easy to remove from the parts I hit that I was not supposed to. One can provided a fairly good amount of coverage, doing the back seats and partially the front seats. Will buy another to finish the front seats.

used this to re color some faded floor mats on a car project and it worked great!
New floor mats for my 300zx car project were going to be a few hundred dollars and not the same quality as the originals. With some research, i found this duplicolor product that you can use to paint fabrics, vinyl and carpet. I was skeptical as ordinary paint would leave the carpet with a plastered feel. Bought this in a burgundy and it worked better than i can imagine and carpet does not feel painted at all and can be re cleaned, so great paint quality, price and overall result.

Just OK
Can be blotchy when you apply it, and you need more than you think you do

Take your time, do the prep
I could not be happier with how nice this came out. If I hadn’t painted the visors myself I wouldn’t even think that they had been painted. I scuffed them with a scotch pad and followed the directions with regard to spray pattern and distance. I waited a few hours between coats and that was it.

Nice end color and easy to apply
Cap is bright red, but color on cloth is a deeper, softer red just like you typically see in umbrellas so like the color. Had very worn umbrella and this did give a decent color back. Fabric umbrella definitely drinks up the paint so recommend you get an extra can or two. Easy to apply. Cannot say how long will last, but at least is getting me through this season

Flat, not glossy and does scrape off
Ok, the paint does scrape off plastics that are properly treated. Topping it off, it's a flat paint not glossy

Genuinely much better than I expected.
Painted three pieces in my interior and they turned out better than expected. It would be very difficult to tell it apart from a factory black piece, though your factory interior finish may vary.Remember to clean your panel well with alcohol or degreasing soap so it sticks well.Ive always been terrible at painting, I tend to lay my first coats on too thick and rush it. This stuff lays down incredibly flat and dries very quickly, the finish was very impressive. It goes on very thin, which is a good thing. If the piece is something you're going to put your hands on frequently, I would probably try and get multiple coats so you don't wear through it.I would be careful of splatter, I shook the cans well but still occasionally got a splatter of paint on my parts, but they actually did dry flat and didn't ruin the consistency with circles. It was very effective and I will be using it again for future products.
