Quick Sweat
I like this little workout. It's not overly strenuous (heck, it's only 15-20 minutes!) and I get a good sweat going every single time. I'm a former jock (now 57) who was very active just a few years ago. Two bad knees in 1 year later (one knee is bone-on-bone and the the other has a repaired(?) torn meniscus) and I've struggled to even WALK for any extended amount of time. I've gained weight AND lost body tone. :-(Now, I really don't know if I'll have near the results Theresa and her team proclaim this workout can have, but I sure feel good when I'm done. (Or is it because it IS only 20 minutes?! ;-)) Regardless, I'm able to do this -- pain free! It even feels like I stand taller.Theresa's team members stress their better lifestyles and inches lost -- NOT weight -- after a short time doing the workout. I think that's important to know. The set of moves is about getting your body into a more efficient working mode, not weight loss. The reason for 4 Stars instead of 5:Minus -1 star: I don't *really* know if I'm in the "correct position" with each move. IS my back flat enough? Are my shoulders all the way back? ARE my toes forward and knees pointing out? Also, the DVD is rather poor quality (it took me several tries to get any volume the first time I tried it), and it's outdated. There's no mistaken this was recorded several years ago.But PLUS +4 Stars for being a good little workout that makes me sweat...AND lasts only 15-20 minutes!

Surprising results - no more migraines & rehabilites knees
At 30 years old, I had already thrown my lower back out twice, had a major neck & head injury that left me with debilitating migraines and neck and shoulder pain. Plus a floating knee-cap so I was dependent upon a knee-brace for any physical activity. I didn't want to be completely dependent upon expensive chiropractic care and massage therapy for the rest of my life.A friend suggested this workout, saying her sister (who suffered from migraines) experienced good results. I was skeptical, but willing to try anything. After 4 months, I am thoroughly impressed! I don't do the workout everyday, some weeks I only do the Primary Back Stretch once or twice a week, and it has improved my posture; I haven't had a migraine in 4 months; I haven't noticed the burning/aching pain in my neck and shoulders for 4 months; plus, as a bonus, my left knee has improved dramatically. I wasn't intending to rehabilitate my knee with this workout, but this past weekend, I went hiking without a knee brace and did not experience any knee cap slipping, knee pain, or soreness because of T-Tapp Basic Workout. The workout is a bit confusing at first. Give it two or three tries with the instructional DVD first, and then go to the regular 15-minute workout. It is an easy 15 minute workout if you allow yourself a few workout sessions to figure it out. I find the Tempo DVD better once I knew the workout, partly because you can choose each segment of the workout in their own separate chapters and partly because it is slower and allows for better stretching with the aerobic workout.

You have to actually DO the workout to get the results
I bought this DVD in April 2017, along with the book. It took me a while to get through the book bc the workouts were explained in it, and I’m a visual person so it was hard to read about the steps and trying to implement them. Reading the science behind the T-Tapp program helped me understand the moves better once I watched the instructional workout. As my pic shows, I started learning the Basic Workout on 9/3/17. Within a week of starting my foot pain went away. In a month, I lost a total of 23.75” from my body, and my triglycerides went from 249mg/DL to 89mg/DL. I didn’t change my diet at all. I did the instructional workout (about 20 mins long) for two weeks everyday. After that I did the 15 min workout daily for a long time. I hate exercising, I’ll be honest. I’m also a mom. But I can absolutely spare 15 mins a day to focus on ME and my health. There is a learning curve. Yes, you will be sore. Yes, you will sweat PROFUSELY in 15 mins. But keep going, and REALLY focus on doing the moves correctly and you will see awesome results.

Really happy with this work out DVD
Wow, I really like this. I have stuck with it since March. I bought the 49 dollar one and I do the 15 minute workout along with the Hoe Downs, so 18 minutes. What helps is the shorter time. I don't think I would've stuck with it if it was 45 minutes. I did lose a clothing size, and considering I have thyroid problems, I am happy. What I found was that it really does build and strengthen you around your spine and stomach area. I can't believe what it does to the stomach area, I feel so much stronger and my posture is much better. At first when I started doing it, I would consciously try to walk with that good posture like for the workout, but after I while my muscles were stronger and I don't have to think about it. I do the work out almost every day. She is professional and I like her voice. I love feeling better and my stomach hasn't been this flat in a long time. This is different than any other work out I have ever done. She has put a lot of thought in every exercise.

Broke a 5 month weight loss stall
After stalling out on a weight loss program for 5 months, I decided to dust off my T-Tapp DVD and give it a try. I hate exercise and will not spend even half an hour doing it. But, I knew my body needed a jolt to get the weight loss going again. After doing just half this workout for about 10 days, the scale has moved again and I've lost 3 pounds. It's totally awkward and I wouldn't do it in front of anyone, but it's apparently working despite not being able to maintain the proper form all the time. I just wish it was updated. It's SOOOOO cheesy. I can't get over the hideous living room she's exercising in and the sing-songy instructions are like an ear bug that won't go away. "Reach away... Reach away...." But, I can almost just do the routine on my own with watching the DVD now and it's working!
