I only had to replace the broken part the new piece fit perfectly. The 8 pound pull is adequate, but I think a 10 pound pull would be more secure. So east to install. Delivery of the part was perfect and I have three extra replacement latches just in case another one fails.

I ordered these because during my trips with the Motorhome the two kitchen drawers where always coming open. I installed these on both drawers and have had no issues with them. They are easy to install.

I've got 22 cats that live in my house and at night they all love to go and hide (in the kitchen cabinets). After installing these, all 22 cats have had to go someplace else to hide. Great little product.

I order these cabinet latches for a couple of drawers in my house that do not stay shut. Two of those drawers are in my kids bathroom, and the reason I have such an issue is that we have electrical outlets installed inside. The door gets caught on the cord and pops open constantly, and I don’t understand why this happens because we don’t have this issue in our bedroom and we have the same system. We also have two shallow drawers that won’t stay closed. One is in the kitchen and one is in my bathroom, drives my husband in saying that the doors popped back open. This is not a problem anymore! These are easy to stall, work well, and I’m grateful to the person who recommended these. Of course something for an RV would make sense in the situation, but they have plenty of other applications.

A broken drawer latch like these means drawer flying open on every turn of the RV. And it usually happens on a trip when you can't do anything about it. So, I travel 2000 miles to home while tying the miscreant drawer closed, order this replacement and get it fast. Oh poo, of course these wouldn't be exactly like the OEM latches used by Coachmen. So measure and drill since none of the mounting holes match and the parts are slightly different size. Takes some precision to line up the hook part to the opening on the spring catch part vertically and horizontally. I used some masking tape and pencil mark on the cabinet frame to locate where the edge of the opening was and then mounted the hook part. These seem a little sturdier than the originals...time will tell. Work fine. Good strong latching. Decent value. Be brave and get some.

Being an rv owner these nifty cabinet door locks sure come in handy. I have a door below my sink which I think is intended for a sponge however the latch on it somehow broke. I got this cabinet lock door latch to see if it would fix it and it did. I was worries I was going to have to pull really hard to get it to open however its not bad at all. I dont really use that compartment much however it is nice to have it closed and working again if I needed it. It comes with all the hardware to install it.

This product was exactly what I was looking for to keep my dog from opening up the kitchen trash drawer. It works exactly as described.However:The screws included with this are among the worst I've ever used. I had two or three screws break during installation, which meant that I had to install the latch off center (as I couldn't install it over broken screws). It would be nice if the manufacturer could include something other than the cheapest screws they could possibly find.
