Too bad, good looking but does not work
It is with great disappointment that I have to leave this neagitve feedback. Just tried to install the guard and even though following the guideline the guard doesn't clip into the gutter in the area of the roof. It is the correct size but there is no way to get it installed

Solid design. Very easy to install. Can work with 6" gutters.
I was certain I had 5" gutters. I was wrong. So I went to Home Depot and bought waterproof 3/4" x 3/4" trim moulding, and set that on top of the gutter mounting brackets. Works well, though a 3/4" x 1" would probably have been even better.Installation could not be any simpler - push the rear of guard in, up against the back of the gutter (or in my case, the moulding piece), then push down on the front lip of the guard and it snaps in place.I have river birch trees that drop tiny seedlings, and they always fell through the prior guards I used and I was still up cleaning the gutters twice a year. The through holes in these guards are small enough that I will no longer have that issue. These guards can also handle a decent load, so I think I'll be good as far a snow loading. Only question is how long the plasic with hold up to sun loading / temperature extremes / snow loading. They may become brittle over time.I'm very pleased so far, and ordered more.

iffy fit on 6" gutters despite description claim
Donwgraded review to 2 stars. See update below.First off, the price for these keeps fluctuating. , I ordered tan twice in april, '12 (cuz I hadn't ordered enough boxes the first time) for $25.23 and then $27.15...they're now (may)$29.99. If color is not an issue with you, dark brown now is $10+.The product's Amazon listing is not entirely clear as to what size gutters these guards fit. The listing says that they'll fit most 5" gutters which it claims most homes have, and the product description says they'll fit 5" and 6" gutters. I assumed ours were 5"--not smart, but figured they'd fit 6" gutters too cuz it said so in the description. Just to be sure, I looked for 6" guards by Gutter Guard Pro but didn't find any, so it appears that this product is meant for both 5" and 6" gutters--and, again, the description says so. So I place my order which arrived within a week.It turns out we have 6" gutters. With 6" gutters you'll find that you lose the benefit of the guard's drip edge extension cuz once in place it barely rests on the gutter's front lip. I had no trouble slipping the full length of the angled back edge of each guard between the roof and the shingles, but since our gutters are 6" wide, only about 1/4" of that edge rests on the roof--nothing else holds that edge in place. To secure the guards in place and keep that angled edge from slipping out from under the shingles, I had to drill 2 holes into the drip edge (each one abt 10" in from the ends) and secure that edge to the gutter's front lip w/ stainless steel metal screws, which meant a trip to the hardware store once I realized I'd need them. (These come singly at 15¢ each or in a box of 100 for $7 something. Painted ones cost much more.)The guard ends overlap some--I left a small space between them for expansion as the instructions advise. The drip edge sits on the gutter front lip with barely any lip showing--there's just enough room to screw that edge down into the gutter lip. You'll need a scissor type cutter to shape the guard ends at corners. At first i tried mitering 2 ends but found that I could just have the ends overlap at the corners and screw them down. There was some cutting with a saw and fitting of the guard end anyway at corners, but not a hassle. The guards look great (color was important to us cuz they're for the new garage gutters which we look down on from 2nd story windows.I hope the weight of leaves this fall and snow this winter will not push down on the guards and cause that angled edge under the shingles to drop down into the gutter--there's no support from the gutter hangers. Keeping my fingers crossed. (Somewhere I read that if you have 4" x 3" downspouts, that you probably have 6" gutters.)If I had to do this over again, knowing that I have 6" gutters I'd look for guards that claimed unequivocally to fit 6" gutters. These barely do the job re fit and the much touted benefit of the drip edge is lost cuz it doesn't extend beyond the gutter lip to work...Success remains to be seen this winter....If they collapse, I will down-rate my 3-star review. Docked one point for iffy fit on 6" gutters and one point for extra hassle of drilling holes and trip to hardware store to buy screws. Also, if unsure about fit, I'd suggest that you order 1 box first to try out the fit. This product arrived pre-packaged by the manufacturer, 3-4' guards to a box which meant that we received 10 separate boxes. If we'd had to return the product, that would have been 10 separate boxes to ship back.UPDATE: 1/17/2014 Downgraded to 2 stars (applies only to use on 6" gutters!) cuz some of guards DID collapse into the 6" gutters, losing their grip on the house side where they slide under the shingles and aren't secured w/ screws along that edge. Collapsed mainly in the middle sections on each side of the garage. I would recommend them for 5" gutters, but I'd still want to anchor the drip edge to the gutter to be sure guards were held in place no matter what.

Good enough for now
Its OK, they install fairly easy on my 5" gutters. Although i had to perform a slight trim around the gutter supports for them to fit better. They do not seem like they will last much longer than a year or two but i will leave them installed until i find something better.

It works.
I have had this installed for over a month, now. For my gutters, I had to cut off the lower rear strip (using my table saw) in order to get the product to slip up and under my shingles. Aside that from that inconvenience, I really like the product and I am hoping it will last a long time.I have monitored its performance during a good rain shower and it worked well.

Cheap plastic, won't work for pine needles
This is a cheap plastic gutter guard with holes that seem to just love pine needles. Once pine needles get stuck in the guard, cleaning the guard would be worse than cleaning an unprotected gutter.

Long time user.
I have used this product for years. I extended one of my gutters so had to buy additional Gutter Guard for the extension. My house and garages are all protected with Gutter Guard and I think it's great.

Gutter guard
I ordered the tan, and it came white. The gutter guard came quickly, and fit very well, but $28.00 for 12 feet it gets really expensive really fast. I did order another guard system that cost $63.00 for 100 feet, which worked out very well.
