does not dissolve in water. tastes like gritty sandy water. have not seen any weight loss in 2 weeks

Hey :) I usually get mine at another store but saw it on sale here on Amazon.com. It does work but ya have to be vigilant. Using the powder takes ingenuity. I'm an herbal freak since childhood and one thing I've learned is plant based supplements in powdered form can drive you mad :) Please try one of these for your product r(no I am not an employee).1. 4 scoops mixed with 1 Tbsp. Honey followed by an 8. Ounce glass of water.2. 4 scoops mixed in 1/4 C apple sauce ( no sugar added) followed by a 8 ounce water3. 4 scoops in a large cup of broth. Dissolves instantly in hot water and taste is ok no grit ....Hope this helps :) Mystic

i am almost through with my first bottle. in addition to my 8 oz of sand water, i take 1 zinc, 1 magnesium, 1 echinacea, 3 fat metabolism factors, 1 vitamin d3, and 2 spongebob gummy vitamins(the highlight of my morning). i have been doing 90 minutes of bikram yoga and drinking a gallon of water a day. at night i take two prunelax. i havent lost a single pound. i find that sparkling water compliments the consistency of the sand water much better than water. oh and i drink one tumeric blueprint drink each morning. Im having the hardest time losing weight. Im trying to lose weight the healthy way . salads with no dressing, tons of blueberries and other fruit, carrots, and I am doing the blue apron vegetarian dinners. Im literally the exact same. I know that doing cardio or some weight training might help out... take a spin class, whatever. but like... my stomach is the fattest part still. sometimes i cry. i just want to be able to fit into my clothes. i just ordered a teatox. hoping this addition helps. maybe its too soon to leave a harsh review because im just at the end of bottle one but if you consider everything else im doing, its clear to me that something is going wrong.

Not crazy about the grit. But if it works who cares. I find mixing in 8 oz of water reduces the grit.

I didn't see any different! The only thing I like is that my appetizer is not so much.
