Great quality!
Ones in awhile I was having trouble running long DMX lines. Always the way to solve the problem. Bought the splitter. Never have a problem since. Very well done guys! Thank you very much! Yeah, I forgot to mention-very reasonable price!

At first skeptical due to price... VERY impressed
Wow! At first I was skeptical seeing this 8way splitter for cheaper most than 4 way splitters and it also included indicator lights. I half expected the product to arrive made of plastic and with crappy connections, but I was very impressed with how sturdy it felt right out of the box! It is light and as other people have mentioned has a peculiar location for the through-puts (in/out) placed on the side. Overall this is an excellent product in general made well worth it by the price.Typically when reading reviews that say great for the price I comprehend that as its great although it's cheap so how much can you expect. In no way am I saying that this is a cheap quality product. (Just wanted to clarify)

So far so good.
About a month in and very happy with item to this point. No issues or signs of failure. Running 2 moving heads, 3 spiders, 1-5 laser beam, 2-23 light bars, and 4-18 par lights.

Yes, it's built like a brick and it makes me pretty comfortable in a live show environment. It's got a regular power plug ( like a desktop computer, not hard wired ) so switching between power 110/120 is easy with no converter. I really like the active lights on each channel, it's nice to know you are sending signal even if the lights aren't getting it. This makes troubleshooting a breeze. The other thing is that having 8 outputs saves a bundle in time and the amount of cables you need to run.

Professional quality all around
It simply works! I waited almost a year to see if I would have any issues but not a single one. We're using 5 of the 8 channels and our lighting has worked flawlessly ever since. We run everything from dimmer packs, LED washes to 12 moving head fixtures. The room is now streamlined into 5 zones thanks to this piece of equipment. It has helped us in so many ways and I would recommend this to any of my light designer colleagues.For the price, it's honestly a steal! Great product.
