We have two of these on our porch. We use them for pool accessories. They look beautiful and match our furniture like it was part of the collection. They are sturdy enough, but are not made of the most dense wood. I don't feel they will fall apart, but we do take care when opening the doors because they seem fragile. They have latches to keep them closed, which is good because the pre-drilled holes aren't perfectly aligned and the doors don't have precision closing. The slats are tight, but not water/air tight. I keep it under a covered area to make sure everything stays dry. The slats are louvered at an angle and it looks "Island/tropical". The top and the bottom each have an adjustable/removable shelf.

I love this cabinet. I bought the one door version a few years ago and I liked it so well and needed more storage space so I got this one. It was easy to put together, all of the pieces have identifying letters and the directions were very clear. It is made from solid wood, no veneers and it has held up well outside. It's a nice well designed and substantial piece of furniture and it holds quite a bit.

The cabinet was a bit small for the money I thought. At first I wasn't sure about the quality as it did not appear to be solid wood. I question if the wood will split eventually outdoors. We are using ours by the pool to store small toys and our pool robot. It's been a month now outside in a bit of rainy conditions. So far so good. You do have to apply oil to it and directions state to not leave it outside in winter (we get snow here). That is a bit of a pain given its size and weight. It's "look" is really nice and hardware is of quality that allows you to lock up any contents.

This is made terrible. Looks good but awful quality. Very disappointed

While it was shipped to me quickly and it is a functional piece that will serve its purpose, I was not impressed with the quality. The hardware was improperly aligned so that the door would not close. Upon closer examination the other door had a shoddily placed shim beneath the hardware so that door could be fastened.

Pros: The cabinet is a fair value if you don't encounter my issue. The fit and finish is nice. It is solid wood. The directions are better than average.It happens: One piece had beetle damage. The egg needed to be laid before the cabinet was finished. Treatment as it enters the US should destroy the larva but obviously did not in this case.Con: I contacted HomeStyles. The telephone system disregarded my choice so I emailed my concern. When I did not get a response in a timely fashion Amazon found an acceptable resolution for me.

I bought this cabinet to put on my screened-in back porch to hold my gardening supplies. I didn’t want a plastic cabinet because I’d be stuck looking at it all the time, and this was the nicest outdoor cabinet I could find for the money.When the box arrived, I was first impressed with how heavy it was (definitely a team lift)! The unit came in panels that needed to be assembled. Assembly wasn’t overly difficult, but you do have to pay close attention to the direction of some of the pieces so you don’t install backwards. When assembling, you are essentially building the bottom half, then the top half and placing together. Because of this, the middle shelf is not moveable (as this is the top of the bottom box), but the first and third shelves do have pins that can be adjusted to raise or lower the shelf roughly 3 inches in either direction.The dimensions listed for this cabinet in the product description are spot on. Where I was planning on putting the cabinet, it couldn’t be an inch wider than listed or I would have been in trouble. I was very pleased that it fit perfectly. Please note that the product description on Amazon says that you can remove shelves to store larger items such as shovels, brooms, leaf blowers, etc. This is NOT the case. As mentioned earlier, only two shelves are adjustable/removable, so unless your broom is less than 26 inches tall, it will not fit in this cabinet. My guess is this part of the description belongs only with the narrow, one door version of this cabinet.I’ve had this cabinet outside for two months and I really wanted to give it five stars, but my issue has been humidity. The Florida humidity has been causing the wood to swell to the point where the doors are very difficult to get open. I’ve been able to work around this until yesterday when I literally could not get the doors open to get my garden gloves out! I’m going to try waiting until a dry day and applying more linseed oil to see if that helps seal the wood. If not, my next step is going to be to try to plane down the wood on the door panels, or move it indoors.

This fits the bill perfectly. I wanted an attractive piece of patio furniture to store dishes, glasses, charcoal, etc. This is wonderful. It arrived in good shape. Takes a while to put together but well worth it. Sturdy, attractive. Be sure to oil it.
