Delphi Nation (Delphi in Space Book 4)

This series has been definitely a "guilty" pleasure for me. The characters after 13 year old Catie have enough personality to be interesting, but definitely don't meet my usual demands for development. The plot plays out as if the characters are risking everything (and in a way they are), but even with the events in this series actually including people getting hurt, there isn't a lot of risk in the tale and its starting to show.But its been a ton of fun, so I keep reading and look forward to the next book.

I read book one on Thursday. I finished book 4 the following Monday.now I will have to wait on book five. God I hope he writes faster than David Weber.I'm out of decent reading material.

I love the story line of two individuals who find a space ship in the ocean. They use the advance technology to try and drag the nations of humanity kicking and screaming into the future. The writing is easy to read and fast paced. I love this series and can not wait for the next book.

At first, I was a bit uncomfortable with the efforts the author puts into building the sense of reality by seemingly following each character through their entire day.While this is not what he does in reality, it is done enough to make each character so familiar that their world becomes real and they along with it.And, the theme of this book becomes personal and beautifully crafted so that you must emerse yourself. . . Wow

I had many a smile reading this. As I see the characters mature. The technology description is vivid. The speed and pacing were such that it was easy to read this and never put it down.

This has been a very easy reading series .you do not get bogged down in technicalities and such . Easy to follow the characters .

What can I say, I’m hooked and ready to start the next book in the series! Great technology and science. I don’t know how much is grounded in reality, but I hope someday we do have specs and comm units like what’s in the books!

The ideas about a new improved constitution are thought provoking, politically good, I thought that some how limiting advertising manipulation is necessary for true democracy is the only change I'd make. Fun series.

The series gets better with each release ,the tech is interesting and well thought out the characters are developing with each book ,the world building is well explained and believable ,great addition to the series loved it keep them coming.

I thought that after four books, this series might lose some of its “oomph”, but it’s still going strong. The story and characters draw you in and just won’t let go. Take a chance and you won’t regret it.
