I’m slightly disappointed with this. I got it to replace another mop of the same general type that I had for 7 years that got broken. I find the handle somewhat short and have to bend over to use it. The handle is 43” and I am 5’4”. Also the handle sections seem to come loose while mopping causing you to need to stop and tighten as you go. I also wish the mop pads had been in two separate pieces instead of the long and short napped sides being one piece. It would give more versatility if I could decide which ones I needed for the job at hand. The Velcro tape that holds the mop pads on wasn’t even correctly adhered to the plastic head when I received it and I anticipate that I will have to replace them eventually with normal use- that is if the somewhat flimsy attachment piece from head to handle doesn’t break first.Not easy to use because of the handle, pad and head issuesNot as easy to clean as you may be washing a side of the pad you didn’t need for the job but they made it one piece so you have no choicePads are thick but what about jobs where you may not need a thick pad?

Hard to attach the mop head and get it on correctly, as the velcro is very strong. A bit cumbersome to use under a bed, but works ok. Since you can't shake the mop head out the window, I just vacuum the dust and hair collected with a hand-held vacuum, which works for me.

Overall, a good purchase. I was impressed the most with how easy it is to clean the microfiber mop. Initially, I used the washer, but later discovered that hand-washing also works quite well. The functionality is there: handle is sturdy and so is the plastic part that microfiber is attached to. Because the absorbency of the frilly side of the mop may not be the greatest, side without frills works well for removing access liquid from the floors.

Can use wet or dry, also for wet mopping, easy to flip the head and use the other side to dry the floor quickly. Easy velcro attachments allow you to remove mop cover to wash/ replace but strong enough that you don't have to worry about the cover getting detached during the job. Also doesn't spread dirt around even once it picks up a fair amount of grime. Head has great swivel for getting into corners and behind fixed objects (eg getting the bathroom floor behind the toilet. Highly recommend. Similar level of convenience to a Swiffer Wet Jet but much more effective at achieving a deep clean.

This is my second purchase. The first one is still in perfect shape. I wash the mop heads in the washing machine and let the air dry, and they have up perfectly. I purchased a second one for drying and buffing after mopping.

Pros:- reusable. The pad is thick and well-absorbable.- reduce time for mopping and drying as I can use one side to trap dirt and one side to dry out any wet surface. It can flip easily between 2 sides.- very strong velcro. It won't move anywhere when attached.- easy to storage and settings.Cons:- the base is kind of small. Also, the pad shrinks after washing and air dry which makes it even smaller.

The handle is short as some have said, so am I, so that part is OK. It doesn't seem to be very well made, I use it as a dust mop and it seems to work OK for that, except when the mop portion keeps flipping over and the handle comes apart during use. I'd recommend tightening it before each use. I bought it cheap on prime day and I got what I paid for.

With groves in my tiles very hard to get dirt out. This mop was a breeze. I’ve used steamer mops, swivel mops, sponge mops over the years and all take time and repeat times each mopping .With this mop a one shot mopping and floor is spotless.The handle could be a few inches longer but for the time and effort saved along with ease of using with the job it did I can live with it not being standard size handle.If you have a tile floor with groves in design this is hands down the best purchase to clean the tiles with.

works well... the velcro is extremely strong so it is a bit of a struggle to remove the pad a couple of times to rinse it out and reapply it to the base to continue mopping your home... but it does the job. The two different sides of the mop head is nice to work with.

Well made and easy to use. Pad is thick with two sides for different uses. Easily picks up dust from flooring with and without using an added spray cleaner. Would highly recommend this mop!!

I always wonder if the designers of this type of products ever clean their homes.The product is not a bad idea but not well executed.You either do wet or dry mop, and unless you have 400 SF of space to mop there is no need to wet again and rinse the mop. It is not practical, the velcro to keep the mop in place is challenging to do.The good thing is the neck of the handle that moves well for convenience.I would not recommend this product for people who are use to rinse the mop after cleaning areas,not for commercial at all. But, I believe it may be people that could find it a good product on Today's standards.

The mop head is easy to clean and re-attach. So easy to use. Cleans wellI will never buy another brand.Buy it and see!!!
