Great customer service. They responded back to me via texting which is what I preferred. They were able to trouble shoot the problem and we got the issue resolved quickly.All zones work and sound out of speakers is great.

Buyer Beware! Major Hassle!I purchased two six-zone amplifiers from No Hassle A/V, and the experience has been nothing but frustration. Neither unit came with an instruction manual, and there was no manual available online. I was unable to get an instruction manual from the company despite numerous attempts.After two months of trying to get a response, I plugged in one of the amplifiers into a dedicated stereo electrical circuit that has worked flawlessly for a decade. Nothing was connected to the receiver—yet within minutes, there was a loud pop, and smoke started billowing from the unit.When I contacted the company, I was shocked to get a response—only to have them immediately attempt to blame the electrical circuit rather than acknowledge the possibility of a defective product. I finally got the manual. To eliminate any doubt, I hired an electrician to confirm the circuit had sufficient amperage, proper polarity, and grounding. Everything checked out. I then plugged in the second amplifier to the same circuit, and it worked fine.Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact No Hassle A/V to request a replacement for the obviously defective unit. They have completely ignored me. I use one of their video matrixes in my system and have recommended them to clients. If their products work, they work. But if you receive a defective unit and expect this company to stand behind it—think again.

Ease of use. Looks nice in our rack.Phone app needs some improvement.Also would like the multi users unit to work with a phone app.

I have two of these hooked up to a No Hassle Video Matrix that controls all my TVs and speakers throughout the house using Crestron. Love it.

Best performance and value that can't be beat. I have 8 zones and 16 ceiling speakers, using two of these units daisy chained together worked perfectly for my setup. My AV guy said he's never seen an easier setup with the free app included. Why spend thousands more on products that do the same thing?Overall very happy with my purchase!
