I wasn't sure what to expect. Doing 6 sprays a day. Seems to be fine but still evaluating the effects. No instant energy boost. Tastes a little weird.

I've tried a few times, was ok, but when they doubled the price, I found better alternatives. Not worth $40.

If you suffer from Celiac Disease stay far away from this product. This product contains Xylitol which is made from wheat stalks. After 3 days of use my intestines cramped up with such pain that it could drop an elephant. The ingredient label does not state what ingredient the Xylitol is made from. I had to research myself. Label should state product may contain wheat.

I use this product as a pre-workout and a recovery or post workout supplement for nitric oxide boost.

Gives you good blood flow in and out of the gym
