Poor wrapping
Beautiful she'll but arrived broken, I'm devastated really disappointed, as the package was poorly wrapped its so delicate, and no padding on it at all and no fragile tape, I won't be taking a chance on ordering another

Beautiful shell shame it is broken.Nothing was done to help me.The packaging was useless l am surprised only one broke.I expect better from Amazon and usually get it.
