Great pair of gloves, do exactly what they are supposed to, thick enough to not let thorns through yet easy to work in. Great item!

I bought these to replace my previous gardening gloves that were holed as a result of some particularly heavy path weed clearance. These looked the same as my last gloves which I originally bought for my wife but as I have small hands I found that they were a good fit and really hard wearing.I was hoping these would be the same. Well, they are a good fit but I have found that when I have been handling thorny bushes or plants that the gloves don't seem to offer the greatest protection. They are OK to a point (no pun intended) but you do have to be careful with what you are handling or you could get a nasty prick (and no one wants that do they?).

These gloves are almost too soft to waste in the garden. I was thinking of ordering another pair to use when playing bowls.

I was patient when it took a long time to arrive due to current postal issues, at the request of the seller, however now they have arrived I am not impressed. They are supposed to protect against nettles and thorns but they do not. After just two weekends the fingers of the gloves are starting to tear and I have very sore fingers, going back to the similar pair I already had but tried to replace as they were so old. They have a few holes in but still give better protection than these new ones do.
