I have been dealing with a lot lately and decided I needed to get some good sleep. I researched many weighted blankets and kept coming back to this blanket. I kept going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted the 15 lb or the 20 lb weighted blanket and finally decided on ordering the 20 lb blanket and I am so glad I did. I love my blanket. From the very first night I started to use it I started to sleep so much better. It is so comforting to get under this blanket and feel the stress of the day just totally release from my body and me fall to sleep within minutes of getting into bed. This blanket is two sided with one soft side. This is the right weight for my body, so make sure it is the right weight for yours! I can hear the pellets fall into place when covering myself and then boom! I'm out like a light.

While a blanket obviously can't substitute real medical help, this product has definitely been a step in the right direction for me. I haven't been sleeping well since October 2018, frequently needing 2-3 hours to fall asleep then waking up in the middle of the night with anxiety. Both of these issues have been helped considerably since I started using a weighted blanket. Very grateful to have something practical to lean on while I'm sorting my sleeping-life out!

My daughter has anxiety she sleeps with this every night. She loves it. It's very heavy tho.
