Great product and seller
The Macbook arrived in perfect condition. The seller is super responsive and postage couldn’t have been any quicker. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Very poor, Mac came without a battery.
Terrible company. The mac performance was all fine until I unplugged the laptop and it died instantly. When contacting the company I explained the mac had no battery I would require £150 in refund to get a replacement they said send the whole laptop back or no refund.I haven’t because I imagine their next product would have some default.Don’t buy. ‘Refurbished’ in their terms just means Broken.

Good value machine
Great screen quality and keyboard and easy function navigation. Pleased we didn’t pay extra for the upgraded 2018 touchbar model.

Came with wrong keyboard
Price would have been ok but for the fact it was sent with a German keyboard and cost £80 to have changed, would have taken too long to send back and all that entails!

Faulty goods
Not only did the item not come on a prime one day delivery when advertised it came missing the f key and several other keys don’t work when I contacted Apple about a repair I was told I’d need a new keyboard and could expect to be charged in the ball park of £150 along with faulty keys the laptop came with food crumbs and noticeable damage from over 3 foot away DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have yet to receive a reply about my issues
