Tastes good and dissolves quickly.

I needed an energy boost and these work great. They are tiny pills that fit under the tongue. Only take about 20 secs for it to really start to breakdown. Energy is awesome and really does work. You would have no trouble swallowing or taking sublingual.These are well priced and will purchase again. The melting action is fast.

I got very sick last year from a major GI disorder, had an extreme vitamin B-12 deficiency as a result, and then had shots initially. My B-12 levels rose to beyond the upper limit of normal (999pg/mL) a few weeks after receiving several of these shots.A few months later, after surgery to correct the GI disorder, and after being on daily required stomach acid-suppressing medication since then, my B-12 levels slowly started declining over the next 6 months. I am sure that even though I am now getting adequate nutrition since the surgery, because of my reduced stomach acidity levels, my body is now unable to absorb enough B-12 from my healthy diet and daily multivitamin.I was hoping that this sublingual B-12 would work, and it did! After taking two of these 1000mcg tablets daily (at separate times during the day) for 3 months, my lab B-12 levels went from borderline low (216 pg/mL) to above normal (1129 pg/mL) (reference range 200-950 pg/mL). Hooray! And they are yummy, too. I subsequently cut back to taking just one 1000mcg tablet daily for another 3 months, and my level went down a little to 782 pg/mL in a lab test from 2 weeks ago. That's still really good. I'm thinking of taking an extra tablet 1-3 days a week to try to stay in the upper range of normal without going over.Thanks to Nature's Bounty for making this product, and to Amazon for selling it!
