Why am I leaving such a glowing review for a product I bought SIX MONTHS AGO? Because, every time my family and I thought we had discovered all of the ways to use these sliders, they CONTINUED TO AMAZE US.Sure, you can use these as furniture sliders, which is why I originally got them. And they are good at that. I put furniture on them. I moved the furniture. Nicely done, AKLAAS Fit Core Sliders Excercise Gliding Discs, nicely done.But then my wife, disappointed with the results of 'ledge' she was supposed to be getting from her barre exercises, came across these puppies. Let the glutes workout commence! Flash foward six months and I'm no longer climbing the 'barre ledge'; no, no, I'm climbing MOUNT BOOTIOUS MAXIMUS. I need oxygen to get to the top of those damn things. But oh, it's worth it. So, so worth it. $10k for a Brazilian butt lift? Or $10 for these? NO-BRAINER.Well, my wife got so worn down from me climbing Mt Bootious Maximus that they went unused for a bit. My baby niece was over one day and spied these chilling in the corner. That's when I got the idea to slide her around on my living room carpet. She was in heaven. It's like training wheels for the amusement park!What really triggered this review though was the other night when I'd had one-too-many rips off the ole' bong. I'd spaced out from watching Mystery Science Theatre 3000.... when I got my bearings again there I was in the middle of my living room again, pretending I was a FREESTYLE MOGUL SKIING. I got Olympic gold baby, OLYMPIC GOLD. Right there in my living room. That's when I knew it was time to spread the gospel on these things.PS one thing I absolutely CANNOT recommend. Do not, DO NOT under any circumstances cover your stairs with blankets, and use these things to pretend you are Olympic bobsledding. Especially when stoned. You'll make it to the bottom of the stairs. The discs won't.PPS the above is doubly true for team bobsledding. Pile up on aisle 4.

I recently started doing low impact exercises that I actually used some of those moving furniture sliders to help me move without friction. I then went online to see if they actually made them for excercise in a larger size and found that they do and got these. The larger size is much more accomodating but they actually work the exact same way as the moving discs. I like having the larger size though. They make it lots better than the smaller discs.This came with a little booklet to show all the exercises to do. There are several in it that gave me more exercises to do.I have only done one of them right now plus the one I was already doing which is similar to one of the ones depicted. The sliders make it easier and more comfortable for me.I do highly recommend these to ease the way!

My wife wanted these to add to her workout. The gliders are hard plastic on one side for use on carpet and a soft material on the other side for use on hard floors. We only have hardwood floors and they work well. The gliders don’t have straps, but you don’t nees them. The company has some videos on line and there are plenty of other videos out there to pick a workout that meets your needs.

The core slider allows me to exercise anywhere there is a smooth floor. Initially I was worried about scratching the laminate floor, but the material glides over safely with no concerns.As a nice touch, it includes exercise programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced, and the whole family can use it - including my 4 year old boy.

Used for workouts. Works great on carpet and wood floor. I use them everyday and they are still in great shape.

These work great. I wish they were a little larger in circumference, but I easily adjusted to the smaller size (I’ve been using paper plates for years). The foam pad keeps your shoe from moving which is a benefit.

These are great to do many different movements with as they slide on any surface I have used them on. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would purchase them again.

The sliders look great and feel like this product has a high end quality. It is functional, lightweight, and with small profile. I have done some exercises and they slide well on my bedroom carpet . It was a very nice touch to receive the booklet with instructions. I recommend this product.
