The hassle of cleaning and drying reservoirs a polyurethane reservoir, which comes with most hydration packs, is recommended to be cleaned and dried frequently, especially if you fill it with anything other than water. you can buy a kit making the cleaning process fairly easy. however, drying the reservoir is a bit more painstaking, and you either need to buy a drying rack or improvise a metal coat hanger or household utensil. otherwise a soft-sided reservoir will tend to collapse on itself allowing the liquid to pool. this will cause bacteria to grow and possibly mold to develop. and if mold happens to form it will require a cleaning solution (bleach is recommended) and brush to get rid of it. who wants to drink from a reservoir that's had bleach in it? an economical, recyclable replacement reservoir is a superior solution for convenient use. the only fully recyclable option is rogue Pak reservoirs are made of low-density polyethylene. this material is 100% recyclable and considered to be one of the safest, and one of the ones to look for in terms of human and animal consumption. when you feel it's time to replace your used rogue Pak reservoir with a new one, simply remove the secure-seal clip and plastic tubing, and then disconnect the quick-connect tube connection-the used reservoir is now ready for the recycle bin or to be taken to a recycling center. -rogue Pak reservoirs are strong and lightweight. -the self-sealing fast-fill port allows you to fill your cartridge in seconds, not minutes. it's over-sized so you can also add ice cubes. -durable vend flow plastic tubing-eliminates the "plastic taste" found in some other plastic tubing. -the secure-seal clip will keep your cartridge closed and free from debris. -the quick-connect-single button action with a solid seal. -easy-to-use bite valve allows you to drink on the go. -rogue Pak reservoirs are easy to use and keep you going-not cleaning and drinking what you want!.

4.5 *...Tastes ok now
This is a completely re-written review. At first, the taste was terrible. When this product first arrived, it had a black bite valve with white/clear rubber that tasted AWFUL! If you get this pack, check the bite valve before you use it. Blue good, Black bad.But a really nice guy at RoguePak traded e-mails with me, and sent a replacement bite valve, free. Problemo Solved!Pros:The bladder fits into the sleeve of my Camelbak pack, and my DaKine Heli Pro.The hose is just long enough (I'm shouldery enough that this is sometimes a problem)The fill mechanism is nearly spill proofand obvi: 4 of them are cheaper than one Camelbak bag.Customer service is greatCons:Taste is SO much better now. Still not as pure as my old Gregory bladder, but still fine - plus, you're not gonna be drinking just water out of this, are you? so you won't notice. The fill is slightly awkward, and doesn't let air out, so I can't fit all 70oz in there. (maybe with practice)Plastic is thinner, might not stand up to abuse (like being stuffed full of ice cubes)These are not a big deal, but enough to merit warning buyers. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. They're great. Don't be afraid to buy these.Just don't expect it to be identical to non-disposable bladders.

Not for sharing. Only 1 tube provided for ALL bags to share.
I guess I didnt read it correctly. One person use only. You can't pass them out to your kids to use during outdoor activities because They only give you ONE tube assembly. You may get a fresh bladder everytime but your still share the same dirty tube assembly. Unless you don't mind sharing the part that goes into your mouth with others. Now I have extra clean sterile bladders and 1 dirty drinking hose.

Cheaper than the CamelBak cleaning kit and more durable than you may expect from a "disposable" product.
My CamelBak got a little funky after being in storage all winter, so I bought a pack of these because they were cheaper than the CamelBak cleaning kit. The selling point seams to be that they are disposable, but I've been using the same one for the last several months with no issues. The bite valve doesn't leak and flows almost as easily the CamelBak valves I've used. The only drawback is the lack of retention hooks at the top, so the bladder doesn't integrate with my backpack 100%, but I've never noticed it shift around so I consider it a non-issue.

Cool product!!!
I have used the same cartridge (I guess that's what they call it) 3 times now! It's super easy to refill. I also fold it up and stick it in the freezer between use to avoid bacteria. It has been great for long runs, walks and bike rides.

Great Product!
These water bags are great. Easy to fill and use repeatedly. They fit in a Camel pack . I just inserted the bag in the pack and then filled with fluid. Easy to use for long distance training and use.
