My podiatrist said I need to use a sleeve on my poor nail-less big toe and she gave me a couple of short sleeves cut from her tubing supply. So I ordered some. I am quite delighted with this product for several reasons. First, it is manufactured from rolled flat sheets. The ones from the podiatrist have a seam that is very irritating. This product has a broad fat overlap which makes a thicker padded side and no seam. Also, the material cuts to size easily. I have been washing the toe sleeves in the washing machine and then letting them dry with a bit of tissue threaded thru to speed the drying. Have two weeks out of the first set of 3 that I cut, and they are still just fine with daily washing.
