I got a recommendation from someone whose recommendations I trust. She said she had both this one and the much more expensive ones. She said that she was just as satisfied with this.I bought this for my fiancé who's had trouble with his shoulder due to a climbing incident. He's very happy with it! It's helped with his range of motion and he's only used it for a few days. There's still pain, but he says it's much better. The battery life is amazing, he's been using it once, twice, sometimes three times a day for the last few days and it's still on 99%.

Stopped working after a few months, comes with a warranty card with a email no one answers - scam..

Only gave 4 stars as it came damaged on delivery. The top has cracked so it makes a rattling sound as it’s fallen into the vent and the side came scratched (see pictures). This makes it a lot louder than it should be and takes away from the relaxing experience. But I cannot fault the mechanics at all!! It definitely does what it says on the tin and is great for pain all over the body! I definitely feel more loose in my shoulders. All round great product and would definitely recommend, just a shame it came broken!
