I originally purchased this for myself as a mental health break tool during high stress projects. I work a high level job within Public Health and the pandemic proved to be relentless. I set an alarm to practice every hour during the day for five minutes. The results were substantial. Since then, I’ve purchased as a gift for two of my esteemed colleagues. I plan to buy more for other colleagues - there’s something to be said for a hard power reset of the mind - simple, easy, and quick. Great tool! Love it

Bought it for my wife for a birthday gift. I highly recommend spending the extra money on the gift box that comes with it. The bowl makes a beautiful ringing sound when you run the wooden paddle around the edge of it. And the bowl itself is nice looking - you can see where they hammered out the metal when they crafted it.

I would love to of had a picture of the expression on my brothers face when I sent this to him. A phone call do d the job! Even though I couldn’t see his face I could hear the excitement in his voice he was very happy with it he said it was very well-made he was very surprised and he said I will be using this on a regular basis because I love the sound and the calmness and the peacefulness I get and it raises my vibration.

I bought this as a gift to my yogis friend, ISO I didn’t open it and see how it is, but it’s much smaller than I thought, I wish it were bigger.

This is a small bowl, but the sound quality is great. The craftsmanship is fine and comes with everything needed to use the bowl as soon as you receive it.
