Very comfortable and lightweight. As most have stated, bump up a half size.

I like this shoe but the velcro piece that goes across the top of your foot is somewhat an odd feel when you are exercising. It doesn't seem to be that functional but I guess there is a reason for it. I just find it a bit irritating at times.
