I have some endocrine issues, and the only drink I can consume that will keep my electrolytes balanced is water with lemon and Celtic Sea Salt. These little packets allow me to have that drink on the go--I keep the sea salt in a little tic tac container and these packets in my purse and I can make it from plain water anywhere, which is great. Real lemon flavor.

Love the lemon packets, my only gripe is I ordered 4 boxes and I only got 1 box. Beside this, just love them they are hard to find inthe stores locally.
