Icon Elliptical & Exercise Bike Lubricant - Works on Nordic Track, Proform and Many More

I have a Nordic track elliptical that had a horrible squeak to it, I rubbed some of this on the tracks, and it was back to being silent again.

Use sparingly really small for the price, but producer was ok just not enough of it.

The picture shown doesn't match what was sent to me. Nor does the packet size that I received match the description. Deceptive ad for an overpriced item with very little product.

Haven't used it yet because I need to figure out how to pull my nordic track apart. But it doesn't seem like a lot of product for the price. Come in a one and done squeeze tube. So you better have every thing you want to grease up ready to go.

This was the exact same part that came with the elliptical when I bought it. Some ratings said that there wasn’t enough, but I found that there was just enough for a single application on both rails of the elliptical. You don’t need very much to cover the rails, and if you put too much on it just attract more dirt anyways.One thing to note is you should clean off the rails and the wheels that touch them with a damp paper towel before applying the lubricant. Otherwise, if your elliptical was squeaking it will continue to squeak because of the friction between the rails and the dirt.

I needed something to lubricate our NordicTrack elliptical and I came across this little bag. The eliptical is about 5 years old and the deck and rollers have been making some noises and have been a little stiff. This little packet of lubricant is amazing. I would say there are about 4-5 uses in it. It now runs smoothly and reduced the noise by about 90%.
