Evercore: Low Back Support - Lumbar Roll - Small or Medium - Ergonomic Design, Maintains Shape Overtime, Helps Improve Posture

I am a big fan of this lumbar support so far! I drive long distances pretty often and started out using this in the car. The support makes driving so much more bearable, and I don't have to worry about being a stiff, slumped-over mess when I finally get out of the car. The memory foam is super comfortable and retains its shape well.I've also started using the cushion as a support for my low back during supine hamstring stretches and ab exercises. I have struggled with some sacral pain in the past, and I usually do these kinds of exercises with a pillow under me, but it always feels a little too large and cumbersome and for my small frame. The small lumbar roll is the perfect size for me!I love that it's so adjustable and portable (comes with its own carrying case!) and not bulky like other lumbar supports, so I can bring it along with me for travel and use on almost any chair. I can't wait to try it on my next flight. I'm thinking it could also double as a neck support when I want to sleep! I also appreciate that the cover is easily removable and can be washed. All in all, I'm very happy with Evercore's quality and thoughtfulness of features.

ONLY LIKES HERE! The size (small) is perfect for me & my back/tailbone. I commute 150 miles round trip 5 days a week and this is TRULY reducing my pain & discomfort. I suffer from moderate spondylolesthesis on my L5. This also causes chronic pain, tightness, & strain on my L4 & my sacrum. I use this low back support mostly in my car for both my low back & my tail bone. I shift it between the two areas. It’s so helpful! I have had much less pain/discomfort over the last 4 months. I also like the strap it comes with to snap behind my chair.
