Life saver!
Absolute life saver for cycling on cold days! Got these because I was sick of freezing toes when cycling and oh gosh do they work a treat! They keep my toes very warm while still being comfortable enough to walk on. They are very good quality, stick easily all day and fit my foot/shoe perfectly. No more painfully cold toes!

These work.
We've had some very cold weather recently & I'm so pleased I bought these. If your feet are warm then it can make the rest of you feel warmer. These work straightaway & stay in place for as long as you need them to. The warmth lasted quite a few hours and they were very easy to apply & remove. Happy.

Good for cold weather
These feet warmers were great when it was cold, having raynoud's I really struggle with my feet and these were good for either about the house or outside when it was cold but they done very little in extremely cold weather and I was still in agony as usual after 10mins in the snow. I can't expect miracles, my circulation is awful but I was impressed with them 90% of the time and would buy them again.

Easy to use
These are brilliant if you get cold feet ! Been suffering for ages and ended up buying loads of bits to try to keep my feet warm but nothing worked , these do work and will be buying again! Stick them to your socks and get heat for hours !!

Not all pads work ...
These are poorly conceived. They will only work with air but, in boots, there is no air. Positive reviews are from customers who use transpiring boots. If you have ski, skating, or other sports boots that are made of leather or not transpiring materials, then they will not always work. When they work, they are very good. Unfortunately, 2/3 of the pads fail to become warm.: we bought 3 packs! We are careful to follow instructions: we open the pads, we remove the protective film and we let them air for 5 minutes but, 2/3 of the pads still fail to activate and ruin my daughter's skating sessions, as she has to stop after 30 minutes, with her feet completely frozen. After skating, when we remove them, the they inflate like balloons and become warm. They need air to feed the exothermic reaction. But inside boots there is little air! The concept is flawed, and will only work with air transpiring boots.

They’re OK
These work but not for 8 hours.I suffer from cold feet when cycling and these do help but they don’t last as long as stated.Benefits - easy to use, don’t leave any sticky residue on your socksDownsides - can make your shoes tight, don’t last 8 hours, three at best.

A great source of heat for your feet (I use them when cycling early in the morning).
These are brilliant thermal pads, they keep my feet warm when cycling early in the morning (~6am).They're super eay to use, and very comfortable. The heat in the pad is oxygen activated, so I open the pack about 5mins before I'm due to leave the house, and waft them about to get some airflow over them, then I'll leave them for 2-3mins, before inserting into my shoes and leaving.Yes, they add a little thinkness to the inside of your footwear, so allow for that.I use them with size 43 shoes.Things to note:[1] They are oxygen activated, so if there's no airflow in your footwear you might have to re-activate them every now and again, yes by taking your foot out of the shoe.[2] These can get properly warm, if your foot moves a lot of air inside your footwear (like if you're jogging on the spot), so make sure to wear suitable socks.[3] One side of the insert is shiny, the other matt. Put the shiny side face down into your footwear.[4] In order to seal the active material into the insert there's an approx 10mm band around the edge of the insole where there's no activate/heating material.[5] They're single use.[6] You'll know when they're spent because the active material gets firm in the insole.[7] When they get wet...like raining on them wet because they deactivate.

Warm & comfortable
These are brilliant! They stay warm for the 8 hours just as the box states. They’re slim and easy to stick onto socks & then fit into shoes without making the shoe too small/tight. They’ve made it possible to walk in the cold & not suffer pain or loss of feeling in my toes due to Raynauds. Tried a small pack first but now just about to purchase my second box of 30 pairs. Very impressed. If I had to give a negative it would be that they’re not reusable & therefore the cost is ongoing. Well worth the expense to be able to enjoy outdoors in the winter.Would highly recommend.
