If you are a sufferer with haemorrhoids (piles) this may be what you need to help. You will know already that the condition is one that non-sufferers treat humourously which means we don't want to ask for help. But I bet that if you are thinking of buying this product, it's because you are ready to try anything that MIGHT help.The cream is non greasy and easy to use. I hadn't heard of it before. It certainly is soothing but I could not say that it did any better or worse than any other treatments. What we are really looking for is the magic wand that will make the pain and itching go away! Sadly this cream isn't it but,since I believe that every sufferer is individual, it may be the one thing that will work best to give some relief for you.

This does not cure the symptoms but is very good at easing and relieving them and has no harsh side effects that pharmaceutical medication contain.

I’ve only given 3 stars to this Cream for Piles. I didn't find it helped me much. I’m now using Witch hazel and Caneston creak with a steroid in it and ththese two items have helped

Better stick with other more known brands , this product did nothing for me

It works initially very well, better than other products I have tried, but it doesn't seem to last.
