It has been about month since I have had the water tower and I’m glad I got it. The package arrived on my door as expected and took me about - little over 30 minutes to fully assemble the unit. The instructions was not the best but adequate. Filling the tank with water was a bit tricky...I learned that keeping the water source (bucket of water) above the tank and allowing gravity to work with the pump works best. The water resistant is smooth and soothing and I definitely noticed it when using the C4 air resistant tower and surprisingly the resistant between the two rowers are about the same. The beat part is I am able to get a good cardio session in in the luxury of my home. Overall, the unit has proven to be well built at the discounted price from the mainstream “competitors brand”. I definitely recommend it if you are considering a water rowing machine.

Just got the rower.Assembly was easy.The instructions tell you not to overfill the mark on the tank, warning you may break the machine if overfilled. The problem is there are no markings or even a sticker to show you the recommended levels.The chlorine powder provides no info on how much per gallon.The wood almost appeared to be laminated and came chipped on a few edges.None of this really prevents the operation of the machine. However 700 dollars for a simple design I would expect a little more attention to packaging so parts are not damaged in transit.Because of the minor damage, I thought I should go to there website to see if they offer parts.Sadly I could not find a site on the web or even on Amazon offering any replacement parts.I am fairly sure if used even moderately that eventually the footplate cable strap etc will need replacement.. so please consider this when deciding to purchase.Some well-known brands offer parts and likely to still be in business down the road when you will need parts.Update:13 Jan 2020, The Vendor is very good at communicating, and quick to resolve issues you may have.I just hope they step it up one more notch and create a website to not only sale but provide information and parts replacement or the very least a way to contact and purchase replacement parts

When I began to open the rower to put it together, discovered right away that it was missing a part. Also noticed that the foot pedal laminate on 1 corner was chipped. This is supposed to be a brand new rower but feels like I got a repacked, refurbished rower.

Wow this machine will make you work! Overall very nice construction, feels solid. I weigh 210lbs or so, and it holds me just fine. I was hoping for solid wood rails, as the description said, but gave this a try. If you’re wondering, it’s all made from a laminate— a very good quality laminate. It’s engineered well and has metal brackets that really make this thing solid.I enjoy this machine and expect to get years of use out of it.

I’m a heavy guy (280) and wanted something I would use and not look out of place in my house. Since this arrived I have used it every day, well over a month. And I feel great. It is a technical exercise and can make you sweat. Now why 4 stars? The finish of the wood isn’t great. There are chips and scuffs in odd spots where the laminate has been damaged. There is also no measurement lines for water on the side of the water bin. I read other reviews and did 3 gallons. The computer is useless. Can’t see the damned thing in most light conditions, will see if I can get an aftermarket name brand one and if it will work. But besides that no other issues. Being a big guy I lowered the foot harnesses and it really helps get into the catch position. I recommend it if you are looking for something like this. It really is enjoyable and the water sound is soothing and quiet. I can easily watch TV without turning the sound up.

I’ve had it since January 2020 it’s amazing! Shaving inches off my waist and thighs without trying. Totally recommend!
