My initial criteria was that I wanted a phone pouch on the shoulder strap and a good padded strap.This bag looked to have this basic criteria plus three main zip storage areas, a bottle holder and the ability to carry a small telescopic umbrella under the bag. So I opted for this bag.When I received the bag, I found it to have many more features which I had either missed or hadn't been advertised. The shoulder strap has an open pouch and a zipped pouch. Both large enough for a phone. The zipped pouch is fitted with a rubber headphones hole. The strap is nicely padded, as is the back of the bag with breathable material.Of the three main storage areas, the middle sized one has another small pouch for storing smaller items there is also a pen holder and a hook strap for attaching keys. This small pouch is not zipped but angled and is good for smaller items.The larger of the three zipped areas contains two wide pouches. One of which is zipped. Almost like a security pouch. I will probably use this for passports when I go travelling. There is also a USB A cable. This is fixed to another USB A connector on the outside of the bag. This is the one shown in the pics.Then I find another zipped security pouch on the back of the pack, which would sit against your back when carrying it. Bonus.I open up the zip at the bottom of the bag. This is an expandable area for umbrellas or water bottles. It also has a strap to hold the item in place.The bottle holder to the side also has a cinch strap. I think I've discovered all the different pouches and zipped areas now but wouldn't be surprised if I found another one after using it for sometime.All in all, a really sturdy and well thought out bag. Good quality, stitching and zips look like they will last for a long time. Only used it once on a short trip so far, but intend to use it for concerts and travelling. It's a good size for me, I didn't want anything too small. Anything larger and you would really need two straps like on a back pack.

The various pockets are functional and useful.I use it for work, perfect for packed lunch, drink, bits and pieces etc. I love it.If you want to carry lap top, files or bulky stuff you might want something bigger.

Mucho pockets a go-go make this sturdy sling ruck-sack kinda thing a must have, waterproof and holds some 20l of your stuff means it is versatile and can handle a wide range of uses. From swimming and Yoga to overnight stays in seedy hotels with errr..cough...new aquaintances... I took it to York, Glasgow and errr Lymme Regis on short trips and found it invaluable. Tbf I am an older guy with limited fashion pressures, reasons to over dress, or friends, So, lets just say it is great value and easy on the eye! So all good.

I'm female and I love the size of this bag as a day bag during travels. It holds my 20oz water bottle and other things I need for the day perfectly and sits comfortably on my back. I like the additional support strap for the waist to balance it if you need it. Its held up for 3 weeks in Thailand with daily use, even on the beach as it wipes clean easily.

These bags are so good this is the second I have boughtI use my first for fly fishing and lure fishing, for which it is perfect but when my day to day work bag began to fall apart I felt getting one of these for that too was a no brainer. You can pack an amazing amount of kit in them and they are super comfortable to carry for extended periods of time too.

I really like this bag, loads of pockets, comfy to wear and feels well made with nice features, such as the external USB port, however; i bought this bag to carry my i-pad, wallet and family passports on our up coming holiday and was really disappointed when within 30mins of use it broke.It hadn’t been over filled or misused but the main zip pocket teeth became misaligned ( seems to be a common fault), leaving me unable to fully zip up the bag , NOT great in the middle of an airport!Then when we returned home, I unpacked my bag and the elastic pocket pulley broke! ( pocket had only held my flight socks), the bag had only been used to and from our holiday and had actually only been in use for a maximum of 6hrs.Better quality zips etc and this would be a great little bag but it shows where the corners have been cut.

I was looking for a shoulder bag to use as a day bag to take on 6-10 mile walks. I wanted to carry wet weather gear, some emergency items , a packed lunch and a flask. Most shoulder bags were just too small but this bag fits the requirement nicely. I can pack everything I want to , it is comfortable to use and there is a handy external pouch for a bottle/flask. There is even an opening for a phone charger cable. My only reservation is that the material is not as thick as other bags so I am a bi5 worried about how long it will last
