Better than I was expecting for the price
Let me preface this review by saying this is the first monitor stand of its type I’ve used or owned, so I have nothing to compare it to. I have only used the basic stands that are supplied with monitors from the factory.I think I was lucky when I bought this as it was £19.99, it has gone up to £29.99 in the week since I bought it. However, even at £30, I think this is good value for what I received. The product looks well finished off, well put together and appears to be sturdy (again, I can’t compare to other more expensive stands). If I bump or bang my desk, there is minimal (to no) wobble with my 19” monitor attached. And no more than I had with the regular stand it came with (especially considering that it was standing on a small box to raise it up…).It arrived in a well-packaged box in, basically, 5 parts with a bag of sectioned off screws and bits, which was well labelled, and an instruction booklet that was clear and easy to follow. Most of the main bits were already assembled. I had to attach the clamp with pole, two parts of the arm, the monitor bracket and cable tidy, and that was it (at least for me).The bracket that attaches to the back of the monitor has holes for two different hole offsets. There is a selection of 16 screws, two lots to allow for different thread thicknesses. Each of those then has two different lengths to allow for flat and curved monitors (and a set of 4 spacers). ). You can easily unclip the monitor from the stand if you need to.It comes with3 different sized Allen keys (or hex wrenches if you prefer). These are for making changes (if you have a desk thicker than 60mm, for example), tightening if needed over time and adjusting the arm tension as required. The supplied clip goes on the pole where these can be stored; this clip also acts as one of the cable tidies. There is a second cable tidy that runs underneath one of the arms and is held in place by three screws. I’d suggest you will find it easier to fit this before assembling anything else.As the stand was adjusted out of the box, my monitor (a lowly little and relatively light 19 incher) is on the edge of adjustment for tension. It requires some force to move down but very little to raise. If I were to move it around often or have anything even a bit lighter, I would adjust it. It is supposed to handle monitors from 13” to 32”, so I expect anything closer to the end of the ranges will need to be adjusted. Still, I would expect this, and it appears to be easy enough to do.I’ve only had this stand a short time, so only time will tell as to how well it will last.

Very sturdy, adjustment can take some effort
I wanted a white and silver monitor arm which are far and few between, I wanted height and distance adjustment too, so this item fits the bill.I wouldn't say that putting it together is difficult, the instructions aren't great though, but it's not hard to figure it out. Expect spare parts because if you're not attaching to a very chonky desktop, some of the bits are refundant.I think my single complaint is that you have to tighten some parts very hard to keep them in place at all, which in turn makes adjustment difficult. My monitor isn't heavy at all but I had to put some serious effort into tightening up the screw dedicated to vertical tilt, in turn if I do want to tilt the monitor, I have to put more force onto the bezels of the monitor than I'd like to. To be fair, I'd say it's the only axis that presents a problem, changing height is great due to the gas assisted chamber, but a height adjust will always require a tilt adjust too.Cable management is sufficient, it would have been nice if the entirety of the cable could be hidden inside, but perhaps this would have compromised the strength of the arm. It's built like a tank so I have no worries at all that this will hold my monitor up perfectly for a very long time.

Pretty well made, height adjust and quick release clips at a low price
My current monitor mounts are ok but after seeing this on sale I couldn't resist giving it a try, i've been using monitor desk mounts for many years but I have never had a gas / height adjustable mount. The quick release clips are a real benefit for installing without an extra person to help, and make it much easier to manage when you need to get things out the way to do some work around the desk. The height adjust is also great if you have a deep desk and end up putting a bunch of things behind the screen, much easier to get at everything. The easy height adjust also gives the option to use the screen in a vertical alignment with minimal fuss, something that was not easily achievable with my non gas mounts. My only question with the mount is its weight limit, I currently have an old 24" on it and it is working great, hopefully when I upgrade to something larger it will continue to work as well, it would be nice if it had a slightly higher upper weight limit but for the price can't really complain.

Awesome product - looks really nice, sleek and easy to assemble
Not often I leave product reviews, but I feel obliged to on this case due to being really pleased with the product. Most of my friends and colleagues have a monitor arm or two but I have always put it off as I did not see the point. Having purchased this one I am really happy. Not only do I now see the benefits, this particular arm looks really nice, sleek and was easy to assemble. I currently have it clamped to my desk but looking to cut a whole for grommet mounting.I have already recommended this product to my circle of contacts and a number of people have purchased it despite having had owned one already. Would not hesitate to recommend, if I needed another I would not look elsewhere. A friend ordered his in all black, but this one looks much better in my personal opinion.

Pretty good
There's so many similar ones on here, I just went with the cheapest in the end. Have to say, pretty happy with the outcome. Just clamped it to my (standard office style) desk. the clamp covers the metal frame and the desktop, as there's not enough overlap to just use the desktop. Been moving it around all over, as I use the monitor for work or watching the footy from the sofa. Not moved at all clamp-wise, and done exactly what I need. It does need free space behind it though, I have a window ledge it juts over, when I push it back. If you have a blank wall, I'd look at a straight arm style one maybe instead. Depends what range of motion you require, but definitely something to bear in mind. It's painted white, with a silver/chrome pole and black plastic parts, not that easy to tell in the photos. At under £25 though? Bargain.

Absolutely worth it
The versatility that this product provides, is out of this world. I had a decent monitor with a good monitor stand, it was one of the reasons why I even opted for that specific monitor. But the arm does a couple things that a monitor arm cant:1. It clears your desk by 90%.My desk has felt cleaner for the last 7 days than it has for the last year. Dust doesn't collect in tiny corners of your monitor stand anymore.2. It offers you viewing angles that you hadn't thought of before.I can relax and lay back on my chair, or turn my monitor to the left and watch from a decent angle from the comfort of my bed. I have had one other monitor arm for my secondary monitor but I've returned it for another one of these, as it is just a lot easier to tune, and adjust in terms of height, and swivel.I have two of these and might get a third in case I buy a third monitor :)
