After watching lockpick lawyee I decided to get this, great to learn, 4 different keyed locks to practice on

A good starter set that comes in a lovely case and 3 see through locks that are well constructed.

Ideal locks for intended purpose. Ideal having same key for all locks.

The locks themselves are very poor quality. The padlock opened with a prod of a tool (only one pin needs moving). The single cylinder lock was similar. The double ended one was a bit more of a challenge but still not hard.The instructions are pretty useless but plenty of tutorials online to teach you the basic technique.Buy this if you want a fun puzzle, not if you genuinely want to learn to pick locks.

Good selection of picks with only 1 extraneous tool - the key extracter but who knows if itll ever be useful. They are strong which means they are a little large but Ive still picked a small luggage padlock with it. No top of keyway tensioners but this is fine for a beginner.The only small complaint is that the clear lock is too hard to see inside because of the distortion caused by the curved acrylic and it opens far too easily to be all that instructive but this is a minor point: dont let it put you off getting this set.

Only played with them a couple of times and already learned loads of unwritten finer points, and when to use a rake or a diamond, how much tension to apply and which wrench to best fit the keyway, how to insert it and still have room at the back to manouvre the pick... The three supplied practice locks are very easily defeated so I squirted some WD40 in to our shed padlock and got it picked in about three seconds. Obviously I'm not experienced with lock-picking so that's a bit disturbing and suggests that almost all padlocks out there are insecure. I tried to pick the front door lock for five minutes and had to give up, thank Gawd. I bought this as a toy, basically, but I'm surprised how interesting and engaging it is as a problem to solve. Plus, I heard lockpicks are coining-it-in, so who knows?

Loved everything to do with this, especially giving it's price. I thought beyond the practice locks that came with it the kit would struggle with 'real' locks, imagine my surprise (not to mention extreme satisfaction and shock) when I managed to pick open my old patio door lock that I had recently replaced.

The pins are in a shape of a bullet , therefore it is extremely easy to open all locks. It takes half a second to open. And you don't even have to use tensioning tool, as there is not much force on the lock at all. I seriously took a straight pin tool slid it in and unlocked the lock.The padlock is fake metal, it's actually plastic painted silver...The one way door lock have two holes on each side which obstruct the view of the pinsThe tools given in this kit are very thick sort of 3 times the thickness of professional tools. And they more likely become stuck in any real life lock.The tools are very sharp and will damage the lock by scraping itOnly buy this if you will remove thelow quality mechanism and replace it with real life pins, then it makes sense. The tools could be used as a base for making your own tools , but they are quite thick so forget any small locks.Overall the quality is pretty bad. This is good maybe for a kid, but kids are usually quite good at this. So better spent 5£ on normal padlock and get half professional kit like sparrows and similar.

Adesso che non lavoro, posso finalmente andare in giro a svaligiare case con questo ottimo strumento!Scherzi a parte, l'ho comprato perché avevo una porta aperta e con blocchetto che non usciva in modo da poterlo cambiare (porta doppia, quindi non mi interessava anche se restava aperta) e non avevo la chiave, il tizio del negozio di chiavi mi aveva sparato un preventivo con cifre assurde, così quando ho visto l'opportunità di avere questo kit a un buon prezzo, l'ho preso senza pensarci troppo. Devo dire che ho dovuto studiare un po' la cosa (non avendolo mai fatto), c'ho messo un po' (tanto con il corona virus non è che abbia moto altro da fare), ma alla fine ci sono riuscito. Sono riuscito a sbloccarla e ad estrarre il blocchetto (purtroppo Amazon al momento non fa caricare foto) , comunque ho risparmiato un bel po di soldi. Se qualche amico o parente resta chiusi fuori, ora sanno chi chiamare :-). Molto soddisfatto.

Ich bin mit dem hier angebotenen Dietrichset zufrieden. Es ist nun einige Wochen in Gebrauch und ich möchte ein kurzes Fazit ziehen.Ganz kurz eine Erklärung wie man Schlösser man einem Dietrich öffnet:Zuerst wird der Spanner in das Schlüsselloch eingesetzt. Dieser ist dafür da, um das Drehen des Schlüssels zu imitieren bzw. zu ersetzen. Deswegen muss auf den Spanner stets ein mittelstarker Druck in Schließrichtung ausgeübt werden.Mit dem Dietrich schließlich wird dann versucht, die einzelnen Bolzen des Zylinders in die richtige Position zu drücken. Ist einer dieser Bolzen richtig platziert, rastet dieser ein und der Spanner (quasi Schlüssel) dreht den Zylinder ein Stück weiter. Dieser Vorgang wird wiederholt bis alle Bolzen oben sind. Hier gibt es die verschiedensten Methoden. Am besten schaut man sich auf YouTube einfach mal ein Video zum Thema „Lok Picking“ an.Im Set sind alle üblichen Dietrichformen enthalten und auch die Spanner sind stabil genug um nicht zu verbiegen. Das Set ist daher gut geeignet um das knacken von Schlössern zu erlernen. Auch die Übungsschlösser sind brauchbar und hilfreich. Nach etwa 2h konnte ich diese Schlösser in wenigen Sekunden öffnen. Auch ein normales Vorhängeschloss kann ich mit diesem Set in 2-3 Minuten öffnen.

Biorąc pod uwagę cenę, jakość nie jest tragiczna jak na tak szeroki zestaw. Według mnie spiszę się dla początkujących, którzy pierwszy raz mają styczność z zamkami i wytrychami.
