Flexible yet strong and dependable
I used this to carry exhaust out of an indoor grow house. I loved how much tubing it came with (25ft), but was still cheap. The black color blends in well with the surroundings, which I appreciate. The tubing has held up well so far, but is still flexible enough to position it easily. I'd definitely buy this again if I need more!

So far this is a great choice for a indoor tent
So far this is a great choice for a indoor tent, I haven't noticed nay holes and it does keep light from bleeding out, the quality it seems is above par, its not a cheap tin feeling like the dryer vents, this feels much thicker and easier to manage when full removed. If you buy any ducting, get this one, it will save headaches and money in the long run.

Great product. By far worth the money
Great product. By far worth the money. I was skeptical that the added outside layer would actually make a difference but it really does. It help to not only quiet the noise but also to prevent heat to come through to the outside. Would highly recommend.

... so reflective the light shines right though the end like a spot light
Worked I thought the black outside wouldn't let the light in but the inside is so reflective the light shines right though the end like a spot light

Prone to tearing and not light proof!
The inside of this product is so reflective that it creates a beam of light that goes right through my fan and into my room. No light lcomes from the tube except from the opening though so if you have a fan that blocks light you won't have any problems with light leaks. The materials that the tubing is made with are low quality, prone to tearing, and overall unsatisfactory. Rather than a clean cut it is more like ripping the tubing apart when you are cutting it to the desired length. You must be extra careful not to destroy the flimsy material completely. Overall this product is disappointing and not worth the investment.

Will buy again
As advertised. Good quality and sturdy. Multiple layers to help insulate and reduce leakage. Wl buy again.

Look Ma, I made a pipe organ! Too bad I'm no J S Bach . . .
It's extremely flexible and without too much cussing and time fitting the collar of my vivosun 8" fan. Look out when you turn that fan on, though, because this is so flexible that it will fly around and wreck you or its surroundings! Make sure you have it anchored, especially at the bends. No complaints here, it does what it is supposed to do.What it also does, something I wasn't looking for, is become a musical instrument. At all fan speed levels I have available (the lowest speed still being rather high, the speed control is far from infinitely adjustable on the slower end of the scale), the ducting produces a very low frequency tone that permeates the whole house. I now see why the navy uses low frequencies for submarine communications! It took me a whole lot of troubleshooting to figure out that it wasn't the fan or the canister charcoal filter producing this sound, since it was transmitted pretty strongly to both ends, especially the filter.Even with no bends and the ducting fully collapsed, this noise was present, though somewhat less loud. I removed the ducting entirely and placed the fan directly on the filter and bingo! no more noise.I had inadvertently created a pipe organ with this stuff . . . and the filter was acting as a sound radiator/speaker! Just like the pipe organ in the classical cathedrals.I've had ducting that was not vinyl covered and did not have this issue, so I'm thinking that it's probably the vinyl covering. Oh well, now I'm going to insulated R-6 ducting from lowes that reportedly muffles sound. The band clamps included were perfectly adequate. No need to buy any purportedly more heavy duty clamps separately.

Great product
Stumbled on this read the reviews and they turned me away from the product as some claim it does not fit 8". After some thought the price was great I decided to take the chance it fits very snug on my max-fan can fan an after some time I got it onto my can-fan 8 inch carbon filter.Buy with confidence product is A+++++ contributes to producing less noise by a long shot.
