Great product, strong too.
This thing is amazing, if you can figure out how to get started, which just takes time and patience. It's the best for its value, but I'm not sure how safe it is. If others can peek in with some good skills, so place it safe. I didn't keep mine a secret, wouldn't want to be spied on myself. It actually got thrown across a room and busted, I put it back together and it still works! 🤪

Pure Junk
The whole purpose of this item is to live-stream video. But it will NOT connect to my router. I can get a direct connection to my phone; however that disconnects after a few seconds. Then it will NOT reconnect without a full blown re-boot which requires repowering the unit. Worthless for remote viewing. Returned the item. Save yourself that hassle. Don't buy it in the first place!

Picture quality good, can’t tell time
Not a bad price. The quality of video is good. Set up was easy. The clock does not keep time. It falls 2-3 hrs behind as soon as it’s set. It’s really telling that it’s not a real clock.

Frustrating at best
I’ve tried to get to work over and over, it will not connect you Wi-Fi, I’ve tried calling their service department on the number provided for hours during the last few days, lines are continually busy, no voice mail either. Sent an email, so far no reply. I’m about to return the device.

Did not work properly!!
The charging cable would not stay seeded into the charging port properly. I would plug it in and check it a few hours later and it would be dead. Wiggle the cable and push in and it would be fine for a little bit then would stop working again.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work have tried many times to get it to work. Will not connect, resetting doesn’t work have emailed have gotten no response.Would not recommend.

Do Not Buy.
Do not buy this product. Worked fine when I first got it. Now the plug in the back of the camera will not stay in. When I try to put the plug back in it just fallen out. Also, it will not connect to the wifi. My wifi is working properly so that is not the issue. I have reset it many times but will not connect. I can see nothing from my phone. What a waste of my money.

Device wont connect
I've followed the steps, watched youtube videos and it won't work. All I keep getting is device offline and it wont connect no matter what I do. I wish I tried to set this up when I first move so I could've returned it, it's garbage and I suggest you don't buy it.
