The price is right and you get what you pay for. I gave it a 3 simply because the punch out were not scored all the way through. The first one I took tore and I tried to punch out the opening and the area for the screw hole was barely marked. I used scissors on the rest to prevent the tearing and had to use an ice pick for the screw holes. Still, they fit snugly around the socket and it appears they will do the job for which they are intended.

I had bought several packs of these from Lowes (different brand), but they didn't have enough...so I came to Amazon to order more. This brand was the best value I found, and I figured how different could they be? Well, there is a drastic difference!! These are awful. They are smaller, super stiff and cause my plates to not even sit flush on my wall! I had to return them, they are not even close to the quality of the standard ones sold at Lowes.

These are absolutely excellent. Very well priced. If you put your hand up to your electrical outlet and feel a draft coming in, you need these. They will return your investment many times over in energy costs. They are easy enough for a small child to install. Simply unscrew the outlet cover, place around plugs and screw outlet cover back on. It prevents drafts very well.

The fit is tricky. Especially on light switches with a rectangular plastic edge around the switch part. Also, you cannot really use three together on a 3 switch plate. You will have to custom trim them. Maybe hold together with electrical tape.But, it did seem to cool the plate on an outside wall. I had no idea that much of the heat was getting in that way in summer and out in winter!

Got this for a couple outlets that are on an outside wall. They are not quite tall enough to cover the opening so cold air comes in above and below. The inflow of cold air (-13 here this morning) has been reduced but not stopped like my neighbors were with another brand.

Good, easy to put over the outlet, but the width and height could be larger. It doesn’t come to the edge of the cover plate and so doesn’t always cover the entire hole in the wall, allowing some air to seep in. I’ll search for larger ones when I buy more.

They do their job but the precut holes definitely need to be a little more precut had to use an exact knife on all of them. Ordered so many packages (enough for the entire house) so it wasn't like it was just the one package.. was really irritating.

Such a simple little thing, and it makes such a huge difference! If you haven't ever checked your outlets and switches for drafts, do it - odds are you'll be amazed at how much air squeezes around those fixtures.I've used a couple different brands of the same sort of product, and Frost King has been the best value that I've found. The foam fits perfectly around the fixtures and creates a tight seal. No more drafts!

I was desperate to find a way to block off the awful second hand smoke from the tenants below me. I tried so many things--including an expensive air purifier--but these were the only things that worked. Because the smell was so bad (the guy is a chain smoker), I double upped on these foam insulators and I was still able to adequately attach the outlet covers.Thede are hghly recommended.

I really felt the difference after installing these. I installed them in the outlets which are on the outside walls.
