Headset Cable for Oculus Rift S 5m

Well knowing the cable was used, I had somewhat skeptical hopes it would solve the crackling sounds through the headset. Cable arrived and had some big kinks, which made me even more skeptical; however, plugged it in and everything sounds great.

Great seller. Fast shipping and answered my email enquiry right away. When I bought this and as I write this, this is the only seller for a Rift S cable replacement on Amazon. I received it in less than a week with expedited shipping. Just tested it and everything seems functional so I am beyond happy. I doubt occulus would have shipped it faster.If you're in my shoes and replacing an old cord, be sure to reboot the system before starting any VR application. Also, get a cord protection sleeve! (Good luck eating it now, cat!)

Came from NC to TX in 5 days not even business days just days. It said would take about 2 months so I was very happy with this, also great product looks exactly like one that came with my headset but was brand new and instantly fixed my broken headset I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend to anyone and will probably eventually buy one more in case cord ever wears from extended use and crazy children.

I bought this cable August of last year and maybe used it twice. When it is not in use it sits straighened out and out of the way of foot traffit. It has zero kinks in it and even so constantly has display port error issues. If i would've known i would be sold a defective cable then i would've used it when i got it to make sure it works without issue instead of trusting another questionable Amazon 3rd party seller. Learned my lesson this time. Absolute waste of $80. Also this cable used to be only 50

Needed a replacement cord for our Oculus Rift S after it had become frayed and Oculus would not cover it under warranty or offer to sell a replacement. Of course, Oculus being owned by Facebook, the cord is proprietary without generic alternatives. This was the only place I could find one for sale. Seller sent the wrong cord at first but was extremely quick to rectify the problem.

I have an occulus rift s, and have used it for a few months. about 1 month ago it stopped connecting . I looked very carefully, I saw no damage to the cable itself. The connectors looked fine, there were no marks on the insulation or kinks in the cable itself.Out of desperation I bought this cable, and it paid off well.This does not appear to be an OEM cable, just FYI.Be careful with your cables!
