Does The Impossible--Conceptualizes Patents & Is A Great Book
I just graduated law school and am now studying for the patent bar. My law school offered no patent classes, so I started studying books on how to pass the exam (which are basically the MPEP re-written). THIS BOOK touched on many different subjects and how they are related to patents, which has helped me conceptualize what it is I am studying for in the first place. Further, it was a great read. I highly recommend this book.

Excellent introduction to the world of patents
Clearly written, and refreshingly free from legalese and jargon, this book is an excellent introduction to world of patents. Dr Luzzatto's style is sometimes irreverent, never stuffy, and this book makes surprisingly light reading for a subject which is often considered dry and inaccessible.Recommended for anyone who has no legal background but is interested in how the patent system works.

The long answer to why apply for a patent
Very entertaining yet informative book that makes crystal clear why the patent system should be used vigorously, and what can happen when popular but misguided shortcuts are tried. Although it is not promoted as a «how-to» book, you will definitely quite a bit to get started.

Enjoyable and instructive
This book is a great introduction to the subject and makes the words “fun” and “patents” no longer appear odd when put together. Kfir's style is clear and direct, his arguments are straightforward and his writing full of insight. Readers will find a variety of examples making the discourse very accessible and relevant to their fields of main interest. The book will also benefit IP practitioners as it puts a lot of emphasis on the importance of communication between the clients and their counsel, which has nothing to do with legalese. In a nutshell: enjoyable and instructive.
