Updated port for roller bearing?
These lifters have holes in the shaft just above the roller bearings. (This hole is well below the hole for the msds system that this truck was not equipped with) I can see that this could have the effect of providing more oil to the roller bearing which has been the Achilles heel of this engine. I will be starting the truck this weekend so no new review means they work great.

Put these in in place of mds lifters. Upgraded cam from dealer ran great no problem.

Bad lifters
I bought a set of lifters, we installed them by a professional mechanic and there were making a noise, bad products will never buy from them again. We got a set of lifters from the dealership that fixed the issue
