To be honest good quality but didn’t feel any different bought for my partner as he has a bad back and he said didn’t feel any different as well

Closely to what described. As it's not sponge the expectations might be a bit higher than what it is delivered but overall good feel.

Extremely comfortable, good quality and price

A few months ago , I bought a pair of pillows from Bedstory and was really impressed with their quality. The pillows, until now, still retained their shape and fluffiness! So, after reading some very impressive remarks of their toppers, I decided to go for it. It was delivered promptly and nicely packed, I followed their instructions and left it out for 24 hours to fully air. However, I sadly did not see much difference after 24 hours - the topper is fine, not much different from I first took it out of the package. It is softer than my old one which I had for over 18 months ….am I disappointed? Early day to make such a decision but since I have such a high expectations with my pillows, I feel a bit let down.

The comfort, and the look

I was suffering with backache and thought I would try one of these, and so far my back feels much better after a few days, hope it continues.
