I’m not going to lie, I didn’t have high hopes for this product after reading the other reviews. For that reason, I went with the standard punching bag in case it wouldn’t last long - being out of $50 is better than $90! But I really wanted to add this to my home gym for cardio days. I’m really glad I got this because holy hell this is a great workout! I’m still working on upper body strength, but my boyfriend also used this and he has a hell lot more strength than I do, and he loved it! He beat the crap out of it, which made me nervous after reading reviews that it doesn’t withstand heavy punches. To our surprise, it passed the test. Only complaint is that I had to adjust the pole during my workout, but my boyfriend didn’t think he secured it enough when he first put it together so I won’t deduct any stars for that. But overall, it’s great for everyone regardless of strength. You’ll be dripping sweat after doing this! My boyfriend is 6’1” and I’m 5’4” and neither of us had an issue with the height of the punching bagUpdate 3/1/21: So it's just under 2 months since I purchased this and it's already splitting apart at the seams. I've been the only one using it for the last 3 weeks so for it to come apart with my punches doesn't say a whole lot... this is definitely a fun product to have and share with friends/kids, but for using it seriously to workout? It won't last you very long...

It was really easy to put together. My son loves it but its not hard to knock over even with sand in the base. You can put water or sand in the base. We put sand in it for it would have a heavier base. The gloves that came with it fell apart easily. So you'll have to buy yourself a better pair of boxing gloves if you want to use them.

This punching bag is good for the price, i filled mine with both water,then sand after i moved and i like the sand better. It took forever to fill but worth it, (add cinnamon to the sand to avoid bugs or mold later) the bag itself after use(2years) of medium punching deflates a little bit so you need to refill with the pump,and its spins loose so that’s annoying but just keep tightening it, i use it for 30-40 min a day with a few months off after i moved and its still decent. Worth the $50 bucks to me.

I like the price but it had bad quality material

Save your money and buy an actual punching bag. This is a waste of money. I’ve had this product for a month. I do my jabs, crosses, and hooks in this thing. First, it will eventually fly off the rail no matter how tight you screw it in. Second, the punching bag itself will turn loose. You can tighten it up all you want but it will unscrew itself and it too will fly off.

The hand pump is no good. I tried multiple times to use the hand air pump. The pump had no tension when pressing down for air. Up and down motion at a fast pace, barely put air inside. I tried this for days. A little air filled, however still was extremely flat. As if I just pulled it out the box. I went on YouTube and no one specified how to blow up the ball. Until I got an idea. I visited a gas station. I noticed that a small air pin came will punch ball bag. I used that air pin, screwed it into the tire air pump at the gas station to blow up the ball. Instantly the ball filled with air. You can also release air from the ball, by inserting pin separately. And into the air fill hole, on the ball. Then you will hear the air release from the ball. In conclusion, The hand air pump is no good.

Decent enough for use. Easy to assemble. Height is a little too small (5’10). It feels like I’m punching a kid in the head or something. Design is ok.

I don't usually write reviews but I decided to for this one. This product is amazing but has a couple of flaws that can easily be corrected. The first one is the screw on head. It's just one screw that holds the head to the top shaft, and it gets loose very easily while punching. All you have to do is get some Loctite thread locker and apply some to the threads and post. Done, it doesn't come off again!The second is top shaft does not have holes to lock it into the bottom shaft and merely clamps the pole. First method is to line it up properly with the indentations, it'll make more sense when you get it. Once it's lined up slowly screw it in and tighten hard, this will cause a deeper indentation in the shaft resulting in a stronger clamp. This works well but if you want an even better lock just get a drill and drill through the indentation and viola, the lock now screws into the pole as opposed to just clamping it.

As depicted from the pictures, the package did not come with the upper tube that connected to the punching head; in fact it packaged with the two lower tubes instead.

Disappointed with the smaller one- poor quality

It’s great for the money. I bought this for my girlfriend and she like it so far. It was easy to put together and comes with everything you need right out of the box. The gloves are okay but not great. The unit it’s self feel fine for light punching but might not hold up to full force beatings. It is a fun way to get in a sort workout that is different from lifting weights or jogging.
