I think this may have made me nauseous. I was taking it daily in a smoothie for 10 days and it's possible that my body was unable to digest it. It was either that or the Gynostemma tea I mixed it with which apparently is knows to cause nausea. There was research done on Mucuna bean powder that showed some people developed vomiting due to the inability to digest the raw powder form. I'm not sure which one gave me the nausea, but just something to be aware of.
