my grandson says these are the best quality flip books he has worked with.......he's 6!!!
so I sent these to my grandson, 6 years old...his mom bought him some other brand but he called me and said these were a better quality and worked better.....2 thumbs up!!!

These do not work for flip book animation at all.
These flip books did not work for my sons at all. Because they are already bound, it’s almost impossible to adequately open them to do flip book animations. One must be able to get the pages completely flat and aligned perfectly to draw the animations. When my sons tried flattening the pages out to attempt to draw, the pages fell out. The only thing these would work for would be possibly as little pads to take notes and even then, I would not recommend them. I would not recommend these to anyone wanting to do flip book animation. Look for a kit with separate pages and separate binding posts.

Awesome sketch books to use as daily quick sketch for the kids!
LOVE these flip books! We aren’t using them as flipbooks, but as daily sketches for what the kids favorite daily “thing” was. Each page has a date, and over time we will see their journey. The paper is smooth, the right thickness, and the kids love drawing on the covers to individualize them. I would order these for your kiddos during this stay at home time! Shipped fast, and arrived in perfect condition.

Researched (extensively) different pads for party favors. These are best quality and price. Good paper, and blank covers are best to personalize.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Used this for my animation class, perfect for projects or for fun. As expected, you will have to bend the pages a little but it doesnt affect the flow of the pages at all. Its small but big enough to work on

Good Material for the Money
I purchased these for my 8th grade students. Once we figured out how to work from the back forward, they worked great. You need to be careful with them while you are creating the book, if you bend the spin too much, pages will come out. Put a binder clip on the book while you are drawing!

Total design fail
The pages are completely opaque. You can’t really make a good flip book without being able to trace. The pages are as thick as can be - can’t even see permanent marker. Too late for me to return now.

Good flipbook
If you're trying to make a nice flipbook, these will work better than just normal post-it notes. It is easy to flip through all the pages, although after flipping many times, the pages do have a bit of memory so it may start jumping a bit.
