Wow. Couple of minor niggles (see below), but overall an awesome product. The design and thought behind it are fantastic. The best product I’ve bought for a long time. The manufacturing quality is equally good, a pleasure to work on and fit, a joy to see how easy it is and how everything fits/works as expected. Obvious that they put real thought into this - eg, the simple tools to cut the right length of curtain track are genius. So many things I’ve bought in the past need adjusting, altering, tweaking - not this item, real perfection. I’d give it more than 5 stars!Minor nigglesNo instructions for fitting, instead a link to YouTube. I groaned, but actually the videos were great, so not really a niggle, a plus.I couldn’t see any guidance on cutting the main rails to fit my specific width. I measured up, cut and sanded, all went really well, so no issue in the end.Slightly unclear on getting sorted with Alexa, but I worked it out and works really well.Odd 2 foot electric plug cable (who has a socket by the curtain pole, lol) and came with an EU plug. I fitted a junction box and a longer lead with a UK plug, calculated it needed a 3 amp fuse, so all good in the end.

Ordered these a little sceptical that something at this price point would be any good, and I'm glad to say I've been proved wrong.Went together relatively smoothly following the instructions on the website and works an absolute treat.Only very minor downside is that if you want an exact fit you'll need to make one cut. Supplied are 3*1m, 1*50cm 2*20cm and 1 10cm piece, if you can make it fit your window using those pieces you're golden.Overall very impressive piece of kit.

Great addition to my Smart home.Getting the unit to connect to the WiFi takes a bit of patience, might have been the quality of my WiFi as I did get a newer BT router due to issues with devices connecting to the old one.But once installed work perfectly. Curtains open and close by just speaking to Alexa, or at set times from the App.Word of warning though, if you have PIR alarm sensors in a room, opening the curtains in the morning may set it off as there is a sudden change in temperature. (Obviously only happend if the alarm is set :-) )

Excellent customer services and excellent product. Does exactly what it says and needs to do.Videos are easy to follow and everything went smoothly in terms of installation.Emailed customer services for some additional track runners and they were ever so helpful!Track works with iPhone, Amazon echo and google home devices seemlessly - motor is really smooth and so far, has really been a main feature of our living room.

Fantastic product for bay windows. Purchased this plus two angled track connectors from Amazon for my bay window. Great result. The only solution to motorise my bay curtains I have found. The components are all good quality. It is a bit fiddly to cut and fit to a bay but within competent DIYer. Works well with Alexa. Note. Your network password cannot contain symbols like # or £. Just numbers and letters. This product comes from Spain and product support by email is excellent.I would highly recommend this product. Oh and it’s quite!!I can now open and close my front window curtains whilst away from home for improved security.

This is a great curtain rail purchased for a wheelchair user and makes life easier for them and is nice and quiet, however my only complaint is that we have yet to work out how to connect to the wifi Alexa option which was important for us, so if anyone can tell me I would really appreciate knowing as can't find it in the instructions anywhere or online and have failed to find a way to get in touch with company that makes them, thanks

Installed the 6m width version over Xmas break. Good quality, easy to assemble and integrates well with Google Home. Had a quote of ~£1,000 for a Somfy equivalent and I can't see the value difference. This is a good bit of kit, good support when I asked a specification question and prompt delivery. Works well on our fully lined & deep pleated curtains

Very basic instructions so not a worry free set-up. No mention of Alexa integration in instructions which was prime reason for buying. Just not what I expected. Hassle free return.

Alles hat gepasst. Verarbeitung ist gut. Einrichtung war einfach und mit etwas nachlesen konnte man auch die Drehrichtung ändern. Alles funktioniert gut. Auch die Anbindung an Alex ging problemlos.

Dal titolo nulla da dire, impeccabile. Per configurare Alexa e i comandi vocali bisogna scaricare e registrarsi sull’App di Tuya. Attraverso questa app basta aggiungere un nuovo device riconosce il motore in cinque secondi. Associare la skill di Tuya all’account di Alexa e il gioco fatto è divertente vedere come la tenda si apre al tuo comando vocale. Spero di essere stato utile.

Built well, all the parts feel solid. Very happy.seems like it will last a long time. No problems with my heavy blackout curtain of 3m. It quiet enough, you can hear the motor from bed but its at an okay pitch and doesn't really disturb you.Easy to install, about 3 hours, including taking my time, preparing the space, contemplating positioning, vacuuming and faffing with the curtain and hooks.- one segment of rail was a different shade of white
