Our chiropractor suggested these when we were caught up in the massive flu outbreak at the end of 2017, first quarter of 2018 that was spreading across the USA like wildfire.He suggested we take 3-4 a day total, biting them in half before swallowing. And take them just long enough until we started feeling better.These are not the sort of supplements, to stay on for long periods of time. You get on them when you start to feel yourself coming down, or when you're in the thick of it. Once you start to feel better, start decreasing your dosage and then get off them.My understanding, is they're an immune boosters. Not designed to be long term.Great support! I have depended on this product for about 15 years and it has saved me from unnecessary suffering! It won't prevent a cold or virus, but it does help lessen the severity of symptoms and shorten the duration when you do happen to catch something. As soon as I know I am going to be around someone who is sick or out in large groups of people, or as soon as I feel like I am coming down with something, I always make sure to take a loading dose and keep it up for at least a few days. Hasn't failed me yet!

Defective Product
Item arrived with over half the bottle breaking down and turning into powder. I take this product all the time and usually get it from my Homeopathic doctor. It's a great product and I have never had an issue.Ordered a second bottle to replace the first and the same issue. Tried taking one and the taste is horrible. It crumbled before I could even get it into my mouth. I will get all future orders from my doctor.
