Fake UGGS!! Do not be duped by the price. They looked very good, even came in a nice UGG box...but “leather” doesn’t feel like leather, inside fabric is very rough and not real, tag is glued in, buttons are scratched and marked up, strap came off, even the tag looks real but when I compare them to my store bought UGGs, it became obvious they were fake. Very disappointed that counterfeit boots would be sold on Amazon. Even tho customer service was fantastic and allowing me to return them a week past the return date, this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Especially with all the reviews and returns saying they are fake.

These shoes are a fake, plain and simple. The soles of the boots are peeling the labels and certificate of authenticity is a photo copy. Stay away from this seller at all cost. Reader beware!!!

I hate to say this but I am very suspicious as to the authenticity of the UGGs I received. They do not feel like previous 10+ pairs I have owned. After paying $245 with shipping, I cannot in good conscious keep them. Excellent Prime shipping service as usual though

FAKE!! It took forever to finally receive them. When I did the box was crushed. Opened the box to find out its fake ugg boots. Very disappointed.

Recently purchased the Triple Button Bailey in Grey. Usually wear a size 6.5, but ordered a size 6. Foot length was perfect. However, it was a bit tight on the calf, which was unexpected.I figured that with the elastic bands that there would be more ‘give.’ Well, not so much. The top most elastic band is rather tight, but the middle and bottom are just right. Not sure if this was a manufacturing defect or what.These are super cute boots, but the main issue I had was that the fabric split! It was on the top of the boot rim. These have a raw edge so it’s more fragile than the “Classic” that has a nylon wrapped/finished edge.I posted two pictures showing the boot rim. One is normal with no gap. The second shows a visible gap between the rim layer as it split. Mind you, I’ve only had these boots for 2 weeks and worn them maybe about 3 times. For boots costing $220, this is extremely disappointing. (Hence, the 3 star rating.) I will be retuning this pair for another one. Again, I’m hoping this is a manufacture defect and not a persistent issue.As far as the concern of it being fake, the pair I got was not. You can check on which company the boots are sold from. It’s located right below the “add to cart” and “buy now” buttons. It’ll say “Sold by <name> and fulfilled by Amazon.” It’s kind of in small print unfortunately and easy to miss. My pair came from Zappos which is a reputable seller.

I have more UGG boots than I care to admit to. I was apprehensive about ordering them from Amazon (second time I have done so). These, as the last time, are absolutely genuine, fit is perfect, durable in all ways you would expect from this company. I had to give my other UGGS to my oldest granddaughter due to ankle swelling and making getting them on my foot a struggle. I purchased the triple Bailey and it was very easy to get on my foot and ankle. I do place Vionic inserts inside to help with my high arches. Love them and highly recommend!

I have been SEARCHING for an Ugg boot that actually fits a wide calf (mine is 15-1/2") and so taller boots NEVER fit me :(These FIT!!!!! And they LOOK GOOD too!!! I can't wait to wear them!!! So ladies, if you have a wide calf, I can tell you, these fit my wide 15-1/2" circumference calf perfectly!!! I can't believe it! And they go on and off easily by unbuttoning 2 out of the 3 buttons on the side of each boot :)A++It's ABOUT TIME Ugg makes a boot for us women with muscular calves!!!!! :-)I was hesitant to try these, but I'm glad I did! It's the real deal!!!!

These are authentic Uggs, as they are fulfilled by Amazon from Zappos. I have several pair of these Uggs. These were a nice fit. You will see variation in the ankle area where there is stitching. I have a black pair that I bought from a store, and they are tighter around the ankle, but these were just fine. Uggs do not have arch support. If you want arch support, you need to add an orthotic insert. I added a pair of orthotics, and it was tight. So, I am wearing them inside the house to break them in. They make sheerling inserts, so adding those would make it feel like the regular foot bed. These are comfortable and keep you warm in the Winter. The size is true and they give you ample room in the toe box.

I wanted some boots that came up to mid/high calf and I also needed a pair which weren't too tight around the calf. These are great - the design means they fit a slim calf as well as a chunkier one! I always have Ugg boots as I have wide feet, and they never rub me - I can walk around all day from the first wear and they won't give you blisters.I know these are genuine, as there is a hologram model number sewn into the boot, and when you enter it on the official Ugg website for your guarantee, it was accepted straight away.I saved at least £40 on the RRP by buying them through Amazon and they are really good looking boots - as my sisters said "oooo, they're lovely"!

I purchased these boots for my daughter's Christmas present. She wore them very little, depending on the weather being dry. The heel of one boot went bald inside, making them rub. This company upon reporting the issue told us there was nothing they could do as it was down to wear and tear. £215 for 2 and a half months wear! This company are awful and very rude.
