Terrific shape for the lumbar
I really like this long strip for my lumbar spine. Much more convenient than the small patches. So glad I found these.

After 6 uses the pad had to be thrown away. The gel on the pad was coming loose from the start (was using product for gel).

The adhesive gel is not durable.
These are ok if you are only going to use them in home. I used them at work one day and the adhesive gel was completely ruined and the pads were useless even after cleaning.
