Q: I know roho as a reputable cushion - what are thoughts on maintenance of this cushion and the frequency of needing to add air to the cushion?

I only rarely need to add air to my wife's Roho. Twice in a couple of years I have needed to patch holes made accidentally by our cat's claws. Be sure to use only Roho-supplied patches. They work very well but are a little tricky to apply. Just be careful - they do work well.

Q: The Shipping Weight say 34.2 pounds, but the description of the product say 1 lb which is correct?

I am sitting on one of these cushions while I write this. If I stop, get up, lift it up and judge the weight, I would guess it is less than a 1 lb.

Q: The cushion demensuon dont seem realistic. I see the heighth stated is wrong at 4 inches, but i see no indication of the actual width and depth?

It is 16 wide x 16 in length, it is a 16x16 square, when fully inflated it is 4 inches high. For best results when using it, it is to be approximately 1/2 to 1 inch high when actually sitting on it. It is designed for wheel chairs, they also make 18 x18 square, 4 inches in height when inflated. The dimensions are true to size.
