Works pretty good
I've been dealing with frequent nosebleeds. This item works pretty well. Don't expect to use only one to stop a nosebleed, seems like two is the average. And I found from experience, that you need to apply some pressure after inserting. Between allergies and now cold weather, these are good to have onhand.

A miracle for nose bleeds
This product works like a miracle stopping nose bleeds. I have this product in my car,house,work and luggage. I can’t be without it, saved me from so many bad bleeds.

Works Well for Cuts and Bloody Noses
We always keep a few boxes of Bleed Cease on hand for bloody noses or cuts that won't stop bleeding. They work quickly and work well at stopping the bleeding. We keep them in the car, backpacks, purses, bedrooms and in my student's dorm room. We haven't found another similar product that works as well as Bleed Cease. The unfortunate thing is that they are rather expensive.
